I remembered my neighbor Dr. Leach was an optometrist and decided to call Horvath Vision. From the very first call I breathed a sigh of relief the professionalism on the phone was unmatched. They took a woman who had no hope of finding an eye care provider to finding the best quality vision care. The customer service was that great on the phone. I knew for sure my first visit was going to be same. It sure was, when I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. They took the first exam pictures of my eyes as expected. Then I had my actual exam with Dr. Leach and we talked for a long time about my eyes and life because of course you know that's what you do with your neighbors! Thank you so much Horvath Vision for just the best quality care and professionalism I've encountered. I am so happy to have joined this happy vision family here.

I buy my annual contact lens supply through them and when I was asked this round why I didn't purchase glasses here (I'm that person as I asked for a copy of my rx) and before I could answer why, she offered me options: is it based on cost or amenities or both? Honestly, all of it and she thanked me for my feedback and it continued to be a great experience. Huge fan not to mention in late March I had a little bit of a red eye heading into a weekend and wanted it checked out before the weekend. Was able to secure a quick visit up at the Maxtown location only to find out it was nothing. Attentive, professional and consistent service throughout. Love Professional VisionCare!
