At urgent care they just told me I had pink eye which I knew was completely wrong, and so I reached out to shamrock. They squeezed me in immediately and actually looked at my eye, took pressures, everything. I saw Dr Delmore and she was just so empathetic and thorough, and gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. She 100% will be my go-to from now on. I had only come here once before for an eye exam which was also great, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing where to go if I have any other eye issues. After the visited, I went out and pick out the frame I like, they have to order it for me. Now I don't know how Columbus work, they told me it will take a week and the half. I'm like wa???? Week and the half? Where is it coming from? Cam (staff) told me is from Cincinnati. That's it??? Week and the half?? ‍ I'm from the cities, when I needed my glasses, I can have it latest by tomorrow, I guess I'm in a small town now, I have to wait. Cam told me he always tell people week and the half, just incase, but normally only take a week, but stillllllllllll....a week is a long time. lol A week goes by, and they sent me the wrong frame. Seriously? Now I have to wait for another week...OMG! This taken forever...well to me is forever. The service, experiences, expertise and care has been exceptional every year under each doctor. The support staff has also been excellent. In recent years I see a LOT of new faces but again, the experience is flawless. The only piece of feedback when I do call to order lenses is I get asked what I wear and typically when I call I'm at work (hey gang..... you're in front of your system and my records - help me out... ;) ) Yesterday's wait time was a bit delayed again, not by much. Maybe 10 minutes delayed in what...16 years? I'll take it. My fiance goes to PVC now and he too has great experiences with the staff. I used to be so specific only seeing one doctor and over the years you let it go and I've seem a majority of them whenever something would happen and I needed immediate care. ALL of them are very reasonable and very much partner with you on care for your eyes. I trust my care with any of them. Huge huge fan of Professional VisionCare. They were over $1000 and I was told I would get a $300 rebate from Acuvue. I tried to get the rebate from Acuvue and had difficulty. Acuvue has no contact numbers or email. I contacted Professional Vision Care and they were not helpful. At this point I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am will be contacting one of the news channels for assistance. To reiterate, do not go to this Business!

Well these are glorified 400.00 reading glasses and the response in my opinion for a local eye doctor was pretty pathetic. I always try to shop local instead of big box but in this case big box out shined. Went to Americas Best. cleaned up Pickerington eyecare glasses for free. Still cloudy but buffed out the scuff for me. Will never use or refer to anyone ever again.

Waiting area: Clean. Organized. Cozy. Properly spaced for social distancing. Waited for about 3 minutes after check-in to be seen (mind you, I was also about 5 minutes late to my appointment - never underestimate Pickerington traffic!) Pre-exam imaging: normal exam (including the air in eye part). During this exam, I could overhear their team being extremely patient with a kiddo who was scared of the machines. I was impressed to hear the methods they used to calm the kiddo, build trust, and help the kiddos through their exam. I would say this place is kid friendly and they give lollipops post exam! With doctor: Dr. Pipo had a booming personality. He was energetic, kind, and really reviewed my case prior to examining me further. You know when docs ask "which is better? One or two?" And you can't tell the difference? He actually explained what the differences were while determining which corrections were needed for my eyes. Post exam: Laura (specialist) helped me with selecting my glasses. I told her the style I typically like and she brought ~10 pairs to try (which all met my preference along with a few fun frames). She helped me narrow the frames down and was extremely patient with me. 30-mins later, I picked the frames that we both agreed- totally matched me and my personality. After selecting the frames she helped me to assess the appropriate additions to make for my lenses and explain insurance coverage. Jessica (front desk) helped me with selecting the appropriate contacts covered by insurance. Overall- Fantastic staff. Fantastic facility. I look forward to meeting my new frames and going back again for my annual in 2022.

I clearly explained I I want my old frames to be filled with the new frame's script .. Needless to say the old fram did not match the new script-- $350 + an additional 2 weeks to wait Apologies issued but my time , money and expectations were it met !

I buy my annual contact lens supply through them and when I was asked this round why I didn't purchase glasses here (I'm that person as I asked for a copy of my rx) and before I could answer why, she offered me options: is it based on cost or amenities or both? Honestly, all of it and she thanked me for my feedback and it continued to be a great experience. Huge fan not to mention in late March I had a little bit of a red eye heading into a weekend and wanted it checked out before the weekend.
