He installed a 48,000BTU, 4 Zone mini split system for me. With this, we also had to upgrade my panel box to accommodate the amp requirements to run the system seamlessly. We coordinated due to both of our demanding schedules. The project was staffed appropriately, meaning there was always more than 1 person on-site. It took a few days to complete, but overall, I'm very satisfied with the finished product. Lastly, he is licensed and insured!

We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. Charlie was prompt when scheduling a time to service both systems and made it a very easy choice to go with them. He explained exactly what was done and what still needed to be done very clearly and was very accomodating. Both heating systems are working much better now and I would recommend Charlie to anyone in our area of NJ.

After…read morebeing satisfied with service for a couple of years, Charlie left me high and dry after installing a new system. He abandoned his maintenance contract. He installed a central heat pump system that works, but is completely unbalanced, and has no way of getting at the dampers. It's installed it above an attic flat and totally closed the ductwork in so the only way to rebalance it would be to cut into the ceiling. Won't return my emails or calls. Must be too busy and successful of a company to bother taking my $15,000 job (sarcasm). Don't use them they clearly do not care about customer service or their new potential customers. 0/5 Stars.
