Lush is located in the Hilldale Shopping Center. I entered the building and it smelled more luxurious than Bath and Body works. The shop design is unique and for some reason I'm so intrigued by the simplicity of the labels. It makes me want to smell everything. The names of the products are trendy too. There are an assortment of items including their famous bath bombs, lotions, scrubs, makeup, a men's line, massage bars, and shampoo bars. I'm positive you will find a scent you love! I picked a few individual items, placed them in paper bags, and one of the reps printed labels for me and placed them on the bags while I shopped. The reps are so helpful! One of the lady's showed me how amazing their bath bombs were in a pail of water. Let me tell you, after watching and smelling the bath bomb I ended up buying 3. There were samples to try on nearly every shelf, also water and napkins to wash off any scents or ingredients from the bombs. I purchased $75 worth of items and was given an abundance of samples that were personally picked for me. Overall such a great experience. I'm sold!

Calm, serene, and absolutely amazing in every way. Lush is by far my favorite store in the hilldale mall area and my favorite skin care line overall. Located in the mixture of Hilldale mall stores, this store is the most reasonably priced of the mix and will give you a great amount of product for their price. It is more expensive than your average lotion, but it's QUALITY product. Lush carries a variety of products from their handmade soaps to shampoo, conditioner, sea hair spray, lip gloss, bath bombs, bath oils, lotions, toothpaste, and a heck of a lot more. Their products are NOT tested on animals and cruelty free. A personal fav is their "charity pot" lotion where 100% of the proceeds go directly to the cause! That's seriously incredible stuff. All products are 100% vegetarian, handmade, and have naked packaging to help eliminate waste. Why do I keep going back besides the fifty amazing things I listed above? The CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Their employees are so friendly and helpful. As soon as you step foot inside, you are immediately greeted and not pitched a sale but rather just talked to or even offered a demonstration. I met so many amazing employees that were hands on and showed me how to use certain products that I had no idea they even carried. Because of this I always take my out of town friends here to spoil them. The best part about this store is when you go home and use their products you will totally feel a difference in your skin, hair, etc. I am so glad companies like this exists and I hope that this one sticks around!

I had heard about the "Lush Bath Bombs" many a time and disregarded what I was hearing. Then one fateful day around the holidays I walked into Lush. My eyes could not take in all of the colors and scents fast enough, my ears could not take in the sound of my wallet emptying fast enough. I love this STORE! Lush prides itself on natural ingredients. And I have naturally sensitive skin! I looked on mournfully at the various bath bombs and thought "this is going to be worth the risk of an eczema breakout!" To my delight, the bath bomb (a magical, ocean blue, glittery experience) was kind to my SKIN! Yes, it is a splurge to spend $8 a crack on a bath bomb, but these? Worth every dime. I am looking forward to getting my hands on the lotions and multiple masks!

Bubble Bars, they smell as good as they look!

I've been a fan of Lush for many years & have been buying from them online. I was very excited to hear that they were opening a store in Madison, & their store is awesome. The staff was super friendly, helpful, & knowledgable. If you are curious about anything, ask! I saw many demos while I was in the shop. I'm a huge fan of their bubble bars, I highly recommend trying them. I find that dividing up the bars works well for using over several baths.

Jade is a winner. Give her a bonus and please keep the samples as a sales tool. I'm a dude who likes football and fistfighting and I didn't think I would be so into hand messages and handcrafted soaps. Might become a new guilty pleasure of mine. Who cares if I take a slime bath once a week to unwind?

Ever since I found this place in Mall of America, I was wishing, hoping, AND praying that we would get one in Madison! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Everywhere I've travelled Lush is always on my radar when my skin needs some TLC. I've been to Lush in Wisconsin, Minnesota, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and even Milano, Italia! They sure have a loyal customer here!!! Keep doing what you're doing Lush! I love the fact that their entire ambience stays the same everywhere I go. I appreciate that.

Love. Love. Love. Love. Love their bath bombs! For reals..... guys take note! She may want a bath bomb! THE BEST. I had seen them on Instagram... googled and was ecstatic to see they were coming to Madison. I haven't always cared for the staff following around and suggesting too many things etc.... idk i just want to look around and smell and ask questions if I want to. Other than that such a great place! I don't try much of the other products as I only go for bubble bath products..... because they are awesome and worth the extra penny. I personally haven't done this but have seen some people cut their bath bomb in half to extend use to two different baths rather than one. I will say the store is a little to eccentric for me at times... but the products and ingredients, magical bath bombs etc.... are the BOMB. LOVE LUSH!

Providing an honest review of my experience:…read more I came to this office for a second opinion and had some texture concerns around my mouth. During my consultation, Dr. Robertson recommended that I meet with Jessie to discuss laser treatment options. Jessie recommended erbium laser resurfacing around my mouth. I was told to expect approximately 2-3 weeks of downtime and that any pinkness could last up to six months but would be easy to cover with makeup. I was also shown before-and-after photos that appeared to show very positive outcomes. My personal experience was very different from what I expected. I experienced approximately 12 weeks of downtime, and my skin felt extremely tight, almost "shrink-wrapped." My smile and facial animation also felt altered. When I shared these concerns with Dr. Robertson, I was told that this was consistent with laser resurfacing. For me, these sensations persisted for around 10 months. At nearly 11 months post-procedure, I still feel my skin texture looks unusually smooth and shiny, and some pre-existing texture or scars appear more noticeable or different than before. At my three-month follow-up appointment, when I expressed concern about these changes, I was told that little could be done for a year or more because additional treatments could trigger inflammation. I believe this possibility should have been discussed more clearly before treatment, because I would not have moved forward had I fully understood the potential recovery timeline and limitations afterward. Before proceeding with erbium, I specifically asked whether Halo laser might be a better option. Jessie told me that it would take "10 Halo treatments to achieve the results of erbium." Another aspect that was not fully explained to me was how noticeable the contrast between treated and untreated skin could appear during healing. In my experience, blending remained obvious for many months. My overall feeling is that I was not fully informed about the extent of recovery, the appearance changes during healing, or the emotional impact of the process. As a result, the experience was very difficult for me and affected my trust moving forward. I would also encourage anyone considering this treatment to keep in mind that before-and-after photos shown in consultations are often taken in highly controlled lighting conditions that may minimize how texture and reflectivity appear. In everyday lighting, I personally felt that redness, shininess, and texture changes were much more noticeable. Prepare to be uncomfortable with what you see for 6-10 months. The mouth area takes longer to heal because skin is thinner and in constant motion, plus it is the focal point of your face, so any change is more noticeable. In my opinion, this procedure should not be considered a minor recovery treatment. Prospective patients should be prepared for the possibility of significant downtime, prolonged healing, and emotional stress related to appearance changes during recovery. I do not feel those aspects were adequately explained to me during my consultation. I genuinely wish I had understood these possibilities beforehand, because I would have made a different decision. I am sharing my experience so that others considering erbium laser resurfacing can make a more informed decision. The first picture is before the next two are after. They feel this is a good outcome. I would not recommend.

The procedure was performed using conscious sedation rather than general anesthesia, which I felt was a safer approach. At three weeks post-op, I had more facial sensation than I did years after my first facelift. Dr. Parfitt performed my facelift, neck lift, and forehead lowering with scalp advancement. Scar revision from my prior facelift and correction of my earlobes were included as part of the facelift. The scars healed extremely well with his soft-tissue technique, including removal of visible scarring along the back hairline. His approach reflects a strong focus on safety, risk reduction, and long-term function--not just appearance. The clinic is beautiful, well organized, and efficiently run. Dr. Parfitt has a calm, steady manner and excellent aesthetic judgment. He was clear and realistic about what results to expect, and his recommendations were conservative and natural. I look refreshed, not "done." Recovery was smooth. He provided clear post-op instructions and supplement recommendations to help reduce swelling, which I believe helped. After surgery, he gave me his personal cell number and responded promptly to texts, even on weekends. For the level of care, craftsmanship, and results, his pricing is very fair. Highly recommend. I was interested in having some skin tightening done under my eyes and had a consult scheduled yesterday. I took off work and arrived for my 2:30 appointment. At 3:10 I had not been seen yet. Twice I was told he was "just finishing up and would be in shortly." I had somewhere to be at 3:30 so I informed the office manager I was leaving. Her words were "he's just finishing up with discharging someone," zero apology. She sat there and said nothing when I said I was leaving and I was not pleased I had taken off work. I still have not heard from them to follow up and am assuming I won't. To act like my time isn't valuable is inexcusable.
