Going to this location just leaves you jolly everytime, bought some stuff for my girl and Linda helped me out so much with my silly questions and gave me a few samples for myself to take home. Very humane and awesome energy in the entire building

I love that they will give you a bar if you bring in five of their containers to recycle

This is my favorite location of Lush for picking up my essential Lush products including Big shampoo, Veganese conditioner, Sleepytime lotion, and Sandstone bar soap. Although the Domain location is much closer to me, I love how convenient the 6th Street location is to get in and out of quickly. There is a small parking lot they share at which I have always been lucky to snag a spot and knowing exactly what I want I am always able to dash in and out. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They are always eager to help and have great input when I am seeking something new but also respectful and good about leaving me to do my own thing when I just want to browse or grab something and get out quickly. I appreciate that they accept their containers back for recycling. For years they have offered a face mask in exchange for five containers to recycle but not being one for face masks I appreciate that they now give you a choice between a mask and a bar of soap. In addition to loving their products I love their values including their stance against animal testing and social media.

The store is open again for customers to come inside. Customer service is fabulous and every person who works at Lush is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about products. I love that every product is ethically sourced, cruelty free, vegetarian, and low waste.

Lush loot! Rub, rub, rub, mask of magnanimity, fresh farmacy, big conditioner, bath bomb (can't remember what it was).

I love Lush, but this site is not ideal. The parking keeps me from coming here more often. Also, the store is small and on occasion they have been out of something I was looking for. I bought my usual fresh farmacy on my last visit, and I don't know if it was a bum batch or if I did something wrong, but it's way too soft and crumbly. I've bought this several times before and never had this problem. It still does the job, but it just doesn't stay in one piece. Other than that, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, and really helpful! I wish I got the gal's name, but she turned me on to the big conditioner and it's amazing! It leaves my hair big, soft, and smelling divine. If only it was a little cheaper. I got a $20 block and it gave me four applications. Just four. Sadness. I already need more. Yay Lush!

I love Lush and always try to order online to stay within my budget. Without fail, as soon as I enter this store it's like I'm in another world. Everything is so colorful, fun, and smells amazing. The people who work here seem like they actually enjoy their jobs and want to help! I've had the pleasure of working with Charlotte, the store manager, and she is absolutely amazing. She encouraged me to exchange some items I was hesitant about because I didn't want to be wasteful which felt like a huge burden was lifted off of my shoulders. The store is smaller but I think that's part of it's charm. They still carry every product Lush sells (well, most of them) and the store is organized really well so that you can find haircare, skincare, body products, face masks, and bath bombs/bubble bars with ease. I've been in way too much recently with Valentines Day, Easter, and Mothers Day but their exclusives are just too good to miss! Looking forward to Father's Day goodies and the return of Rad Dad *fingers crossed*. Last haul pictured. Yes, NA now has a kitchen box and its amazing!

Lots of goodies today !!!

Amazing products and always amazing customer service. I've been to this location a few times now, and the employees are always absolutely incredible! They are helpful and they want to help you find what's right for you! They're always willing to give samples too so definitely try something new! I love coal face and the mask of magnaminty and I'd highly recommend both!! Also try a bath bomb, they're amazing, it is so relaxing to soak in the tub with a bath bomb, trust me!

Yummy smelling safe to use no animal testing shampoo! Mango, papaya, kiwi and pineapple in yo' hair!

I came in for the amazing deodorant recommended by my son's girlfriend. She continued to tell me about it and after the third time I finally decided "uh oh" better get some quick. Susi, a perfect employee and tour guide of the shop, directed me immediately to their fabulous solid cake deodorants. The Teo deodorant is fantastic! I'm a sweater. I work out for an hour every day and then add in Zumba and yoga and dancing and outside in the sun, and well, you get sweat. Lots of it. This stuff works wonders! I'm also newly hooked on the luscious "I Love Juicy" shampoo. Kiwi, pineapple, mango and papaya are used to create this magical hair elixir. It does not have any of those smells but does have a sweet scent. My hair loves this product.

I first discovered Lush as a college student in California back in the year 2000. It was their famous Big Shampoo that drew me to them. They had recently started expanding into the US but most commonly sold their products via mail and the new phenomenon called the internet. Big Shampoo cost around $15 back then which was not cheap (thanks to inflation killing the value of the dollar amongst other factors that same shampoo a decade later now runs $21) but it is SO worth it. If you want the best shampoo on the market to clean your hair and make it shine like the top of the Chrysler building get the Big Shampoo. It not made to be used daily (prob about once a week or so) so even with the $21 price tag it will last. Let's talk about quality. Lush is famous for making their shampoos, soaps and lotions without animal fat (their products are vegetarian and in some cases even vegan), with minimal packaging and little waste (all recyclable of course) with the biggest thing being no animal testing. Sensitive skin and color treated hair are a perfect fit for Lush products. Your products will be stamped with a date it was made and with the name of the person who made it. What you need besides the Big Shampoo are their bath bombs. I have no idea what the reviewer who said the bath bombs cost $9 was talking about. Most of the bath bombs are $4-$6 each and are HUGE, filled with chunks of lotion and in some cases glitter. Beware that if you use any of the soaps with glitter it will look like you gave a dozen strippers a bath in your tub which is a bit frustrating to clean up. The hot bath bomb right now is their Twilight made with tonka and lavender oil. It is bright purple and oh-so-pretty swirling it's magical colors in your tub, changing from pink to dark blue before your eyes! Don't forget the famous foam that Lush's bath bombs also create as they dissolve. Unlike the glitter the colors of the bath bombs are not difficult to wash out of your basin. They even have a bath bomb now that is made with pop rocks that pops and fizzles. These babies are truly an experience worth a few bucks! Men, if you want to buy your special lady something fun come into Lush. The Austin store has special events like free facials and other fun stuff (sleepovers???) so be sure to "follow" them and step into the store to discover tons more cool items not mentioned. The staff at the Austin store are some of the nicest I have ever met. I heart Lush!

Not edible. :-(

I highly recommend if you are not already treating yourself to the occasional massage to do so now…read moreand at Milk & Honey! Prior to your massage you are given some time to enter the locker room and leave your belongings in your locker and change into your robe. You have access to the showers, toiletries and hair styling tools. Once you step out of the locker room you enter a dim lit lounge where they have light snacks and the most delicious tea while you wait to be called for your appointment. I decided to go with a lengthy 120 minute Ultimate Massage with Katie since it had been quite a while since I've had one. This included a full-body brushing (you get to keep the brush afterwards), your choice of Signature, Deep Tissue or Sports massage and a warm oil scalp & neck massage. Prior to your visit you fill out a survey to decipher how you would like your massage to focus on. I prefer a firmer massage, but not too intense that it's not enjoyable. Katie was understanding of what I wanted and also receptive to how tense some of my muscles were and adjusted as the massage proceeded. I appreciated how she answered any questions I had during the massage and checked on me periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. The massage was fabulous. Just keep in mind that the oil scalp and neck massage while it feels amazing is going to leave your hair super oily. Be prepared to shower and rinse your hair several times. After my appointment I relaxed in the lounge for a bit and then utilized the showers to rinse out the oil in my hair. You are welcome to stay as long as you like. I can't wait to come back for another massage!

Unfortunately, the experience with Milk + Honey was incredibly disappointing from the start. The booking service that coordinated our appointments made an error with our timing. By the time we arrived, the Milk + Honey staff said they couldn't accommodate us. While I understand scheduling constraints, what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort to help. There were no alternative solutions offered, no attempt to adjust services, and the response we received felt dismissive, essentially "well, you didn't make it on time," despite the situation being out of our control. As a result, 2 out of our group of 6 had to leave without services, and we were still charged a no-show fee, which is 50% of the service cost. To their credit, the booking company acknowledged their mistake and worked to make it right. They helped us rebook at 50% off and added complimentary services, which we appreciated. However, because of the no-show fee, we essentially still ended up paying full price overall. The issues didn't stop there. At checkout, we added a 20% gratuity, but it was calculated on the full service price plus the added treatments, not the discounted rate we were actually paying. This resulted in what effectively felt like closer to a 50% gratuity. Again, this is less about tipping itself and more about transparency and principle. To make matters worse, we were not given a receipt at checkout and had to call afterward to request an itemized breakdown just to understand what we were charged. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and, more importantly, like our best interests were not a priority at any point. For a place that positions itself as a luxury, customer-focused experience, this fell far short.

When I first gave them my computer I asked if they had any loaner one's I could use/rent and they told me they didn't offer them. When I called to check and they told me it would be another week they offered to give me a loaner, I explained I had asked from that at the start and inquired why they didn't extend the offer then they said it was because they aren't good loaners so they just say they don't have them.... I feel like for a company who makes a living repairing people's computers they would be more understanding of the fact that someone cannot go for 2 weeks without a computer.... I ended up having to buy another computer cause I couldn't wait two weeks and then still had the expense of them fixing it. To their credit the computer is back in working order... but they were unable to save any of the data from my computer (it had water damage). Really disappointed by their customer service and lack of communication.
