I've been a loyal lush customer for years. But omg they either need less workers at one time or they need to tell their employees to back off. I felt like I was being harassed throughout the entire store. My anxiety was at an all time high. I was approached by at least 3 employees who would not go away, even after I told them "i'm fine", "just browsing", "no thank you". It's honestly ridiculous and so uncomfortable. Worst experience at this location I've ever had. Throughout the years LUSH has gotten worse and worse. Are they even worth it anymore? NOPE. They keep approaching and asking if you need help when you say you're fine, just browsing, thank you. The same person proceeded to follow me and asked 3-4 times. So when she continued to follow me and ask questions if I know about their new scents, etc etc. and if I've shopped there before, if you ignore them, they just keep following you around...if you say yes or no to their answers then they said oh you haven't then or do you know about, XYZ and go off on a tangent. When I try to immediately stop them and say I'm okay, no thank you. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE. I have politely said that I do not need help and no thank you in the 10 minutes I was there I was hassled every minute. That is absolutely bonkers. HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I NEED TO SAY IT? Then a second person approached and I said no thank you. Then she continued to follow me as well and asked follow up questions in which I ignored and then she continued to be all up IN MY FACE and way too close for comfort. Immediately stopped my browsing and just walked away and left out the door after that. They should be glad I didn't tell them to get away from me, WHY ARE YOU IN MY FACE AND INVADING MY PERSONAL SPACE???????!!!!! On top of that prices are outrageously high now. Their whole business model is a scam. On top of that their workers are snobs when trading in pots for only $1. I'd rather just throw them away at this point. I was a loyal LUSH customer and can name all the OG scents and products, but you can only push it so far, the price, the service. DOWNHILL. Good luck to them. I came in about a week ago to grab some last minute goodies that I was adding to my little sister's "Boo Bucket", and I had the most WONDERFUL experience. Cat and Ruben were amazing! Not only did they greet me as soon as I walked through the doors, but they were so helpful and friendly! Cat asked what brought me in and I explained to her that I was putting together some gifts for my sisters, and she showed me this BEAUTIFUL, and festive, wrapping paper that they could wrap my bath bombs in! And while wrapping up my items, Ruben talked me up about Lush and bath bombs, and gave me a quick history lesson about Lush starting THE BATH BOMB. To top it all off, they treated me to a little gift, which almost brought me to tears. I'v passed by this store so many times but never wanted to come in. I usually get my bath products at bath & body works. Since I wanted bubble bath for vegas trip so we came in to take a look. This store is so cute with so many stuffs to choose from. The products are unique with bright colors and smell so good. It's a bit pricey but one bubble bath bomb lasts like forever. I took a bubble bath for 4 days straight but still couldn't finish that one bubble bath thing! Same goes for bath bombs! I had to take the rest back from my trip and that was unexpected for sure! There are Lush stores close by where I live but there's a little extra something special with the stores down here. Brea, you are exceptional and being in this store is making me home sick and wanting to stay longer. I have to say that the products themselves are fabulous, I've been a fan since forever and a day. The employees here are the best with their customer service. Clearly, they're either a fan of the products, incredible actors, or gifted future entrepreneurs/venture capitalists or all of the above. Conversation is a lost art but these ladies and gents are artists. I applaud them as they were able to canoodle me into buying new products in addition to my usual twilight and sex bombs. Now I added more melts, soaps, and a giant rose bombshell because I wanted to see the yellow petals come out...some egg bombs with a surprise inside once you crack it like a kinder egg except not edible. I also learned about a Lush factory tour in Vancouver, that got me more excited than I've been in awhile and had me thinking of a future trip. This is the store to be when you need to stock up and treat yourself... just don't look at the receipt or it takes the magic away. read more

Really awesome place to visit!! The prices are a bit exaggerated so as far as prices go I give this place a 3/5. Customer service-4/5 Most of the people here are very cordial and helpful. Today (12-23-19) while at this place there were two employees that were a bit on the rude side. The girl directing people toward the cashier had the "couldn't pay me enough to do my job" attitude. She had an incredible bad attitude, she kept rudely directing people to other employees if they asked her for advice on products or for samples. The worst was the girl with green eyes wearing a ponytail with a handkerchief. When asking for samples she kept giving my friend and I a difficult time with questions like "tell me about what you're looking for" and "That doesn't tell me enough, tell me more". I almost felt like telling her, I can ask someone else for samples since clearly you are annoyed when people ask you. I spent about $35.00 in products here, I wouldn't think asking for a couple samples is asking for too much. Incredibly rude girl that should be retrained in customer service. Products Extremely interesting, environmental friendly, and aesthetically pleasing variety of products. This is a really great place to visit if you are looking to buy someone a gift or if you want to try something new/different. I bought two shampoo bars that will supposedly last between 80-90 washes each. They advised me to buy a Lush canister to help my bar shampoos last longer. The shampoos I got smell amazing and are made of all natural products. My advice: ask for samples before you buy! There is such great variety here that I find it best to look at items you may be interested in and ask for samples first. That way you buy what you need/like. read more

We recently had my six year olds birthday party and it was a hit with all the little girls and their moms. The store itself is so beautiful that you don't have to decorate. I had our party in the morning and brought pastries and coffee. Mothers had time to chat. The kids were fully entertained with the games. The setting was intimate enough that I was able to relax and enjoy the party. There were three hosts from their staff to help me with the party. That made all the difference. Watch out! I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Lush. I want to be clear that I was a hardcore Lush lover, loved their products and they were a routine part of my self care. Last week I used a Figs in Honey bubble bomb, only to come out of the bath stained BRIGHT PINK like I had a sunburn, and so dried out that my whole body was peeling by the next day. My skin felt like paper, and my balls were so chapped that they bled. Even today, 4 days later (and after tons of exfoliation and moisturizer) the head of my pen*s is STILL peeling. I have no allergies, and have never had this reaction to any bath product before. I spent about $60 in the store that day, a few hours between reporting this to their customer service, then their quality control team, and a call with my doctor -- and what did Lush do to make this right? A $14 refund. Think twice, they just lost a customer. read more

Lush is another Canadian brand store that I'm becoming fond of. I seem to buy a lot of Canadian goods (ie: Roots, Lululemon) and British products (ie: Molton Brown, Ted Baker). Unfortunately those brands are not cheap, and neither is Lush. Lush smells so nice when you walk in. Their items are organic (some items are labeled vegan) and you can buy soap (by the ounce, cut to order), shampoo, bath bombs, and such. I do find their products amazing, and while other places like Bath and Body is cheaper and more affordable, I to like that Lush has non "fruity" scents like rose and lavender. After spending almost 1/2 hour playing with the different items, I walked away with a medium grapefruit shower gel, 1 large mint shampoo, a tube of bath clay and a $71 bill. read more

Went here near the end of February and enjoyed the customer service provides. When I went, they were promoting trans rights and one of the workers that greeted me explained that they had a new bath bomb and the charity pot profits would go towards supporting trans rights. I ended up getting the new bomb to try it out and I also got a small pot of the Angels on Bareskin (Not sure if that was what it was called hehe) for myself. I love this place and it's products. The staff are so helpful, when I think of customer service I definitely think of this location. Pros: so now that we are in Covid restrictions I wasn't sure if this place would be open, however when I called they said they were available for pick up. So I ordered my usual sea salt scrub (highly recommend) and ventured into the mall for my appointment. You really don't have to set an appointment just when you get to the mall you tell the guard you have an appointment and they let you through. When I got there they had the sea salt scrub Reddy and asked if I would like to try any samples. I wasn't able to go into the store but I had told her that I've been looking for a mask. The employee gave me a coffee mask which I tried the other day and I absolutely in love with it. The sample size was nice more than for one time use which I appreciated. Cons: The only con I can think of is that I wasn't able to go into the store and browse, but that's not their fault it's just the state that we're in right now. It probably saved me a couple bucks good for me not good for their business. Conclusion: A must try for anyone that's into all natural beauty products. I always wanted to try the Lush lotion, but since it was kind of expensive, I didn't get the chance to try it before. My boyfriend gave me the money to buy it, so I bought the big charity pot lotion. The lotions seem so popular and I like how it comes in a little pot. That looks unique and cute. The lotion feels smooth and soft and it's sticky soft and it lasts throughout your day. The charity pot lotion smells like cocoa butter. So that's good. I have a dry skin so that helps. I like it. If it's just a bit cheaper, I would have liked to use it a lot. I like that the Lush supports good cause like stopping the death penalty and animal cruelty and all that. The employees were friendly and nice. What drew us in were the displays of pre-wrapped gift sets in the window. They are separated out by price points and focus areas of use, making the navigation process super simple. Big bonus, the wrapping paper is on the gorgeous side, but loved that they had pictures of what exactly was included within the gift with full descriptions so there were no surprises. If you're not looking for the pre-selected route, you can get a lot of the stuff solo and create your own little nifty gifty bag. They're really big on demos, so if you have any questions about anything in the store, you're gonna leave feeling soft, fragrant and well educated on what you purchased. Simple human nature, I think. I've heard so many great things about LUSH from my girlfriends. They believe in making effective products from fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, the finest essential oils, safe synthetics, honey, and beeswax. The products and fragrances are produced fresh and handmade. Founded in the UK, the company refuses to use any animal by products and chooses to test their products on actual human volunteers instead of animals. All of that sounds great, no? DON'T HATE ME BECAUSE I'M BEAUTIFUL Their inventory includes - soaps, shower gels, shampoos, hair conditioners, bath bombs, bubble bars, face masks, lotions, moisturizers, scrubs, and cosmetics. The stuff is all vegetarian, with some of it being vegan and preservative free. This year has been particularly rough on my face. Stress and lack of sleep have caused more crow's feet around my eyes. My co-workers point it out all the time, so I thought maybe some eye cream would do wonders. I almost laughed my ass off when the sales clerk offered this cream called "Enchanted Eye Cream." Sounds like a secret potion from a Disney movie gone wrong, something my niece would have gone ga ga over a few years back. A bit costly at $27 a pop, but stuff that's made with natural ingredients aren't cheap. I could die tomorrow not knowing what an "Enchanted Eye Cream" felt like, so I made an impulse buy.
