    Bubble bath & bath bomb
    Mimi L.

I'v passed by this store so many times but never wanted to come in. I usually get my bath products at bath & body works. Since I wanted bubble bath for vegas trip so we came in to take a look. This store is so cute with so many stuffs to choose from. The products are unique with bright colors and smell so good. It's a bit pricey but one bubble bath bomb lasts like forever. I took a bubble bath for 4 days straight but still couldn't finish that one bubble bath thing! Same goes for bath bombs! I had to take the rest back from my trip and that was unexpected for sure! But I got my money worth so it was all good! This is now my go to store for bath and body products!

My first time visiting a Lush store. Blown away!... and I get what all the hype is about. Wonderful service and helpful staff because I felt so overwhelmed. Picked up some fun and interesting items to gift and try for myself. Look forward to revisiting.

Bag full of bath bombs thanks for all the help

The most sweetest people work at this store ! They are all so helpful and so attentive, I wish I got his name but sweet guy with glasses, young, dark hair was so amazingly knowledgeable ,helpful, and really showed me everything step by step and had so much product info!! I love going on here cause I know they aren't just trying to up-sell me on anything they are just there to be helpful !!

    My fav bath bombs!

Really awesome place to visit!! The prices are a bit exaggerated so as far as prices go I give this place a 3/5. Customer service-4/5 Most of the people here are very cordial and helpful. Today (12-23-19) while at this place there were two employees that were a bit on the rude side. The girl directing people toward the cashier had the "couldn't pay me enough to do my job" attitude. She had an incredible bad attitude, she kept rudely directing people to other employees if they asked her for advice on products or for samples. The worst was the girl with green eyes wearing a ponytail with a handkerchief. When asking for samples she kept giving my friend and I a difficult time with questions like "tell me about what you're looking for" and "That doesn't tell me enough, tell me more". I almost felt like telling her, I can ask someone else for samples since clearly you are annoyed when people ask you. I spent about $35.00 in products here, I wouldn't think asking for a couple samples is asking for too much. Incredibly rude girl that should be retrained in customer service. Products Extremely interesting, environmental friendly, and aesthetically pleasing variety of products. This is a really great place to visit if you are looking to buy someone a gift or if you want to try something new/different. I bought two shampoo bars that will supposedly last between 80-90 washes each. They advised me to buy a Lush canister to help my bar shampoos last longer. The shampoos I got smell amazing and are made of all natural products. My advice: ask for samples before you buy! There is such great variety here that I find it best to look at items you may be interested in and ask for samples first. That way you buy what you need/like.

    My favorites.

If candy existed for your body, this would be it. They even come shaped like candy and look good enough to eat. I first discovered Lush while traveling abroad; and while this little shop has nothing on the size of the one in London, it certainly has more than enough to satisfy your skincare needs on any given day- from bath bombs, to body/ facial/ lip scrubs, to haircare, jelly masks, moisturizers, and everything in between. Impressively enough, everything they make and sell is not only vegan and made with all-natural ingredients, but they are using Fair Trade, exotic, and often-unexpected things from all over the world that you never knew you could turn into an indulgence for your body. Everything has a theme, whether you're looking to hydrate dry skin/ hair, give yourself a little pick-me-up with vibrant ingredients like citrus and peppermint, or wind yourself down for the night using lavender and essential oils. Check out their seasonal section for great giftable ideas and don't be shy about letting the super-friendly employees give your hand a nice scrub with one of their delicious products. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. And if what they have in store isn't enough to satisfy your appetite, check out their online store that is positively brimming with inspiration, including some interesting charcoal toothpastes to brighten your teeth and breath mints made with all-natural ingredients for a healthy mouth with no chemicals added. They have an entire booklet's-worth of stuff, so ask them to put one in your bag and go crazy! Oh, but go easy and try not to get carried away. These indulgences don't come cheaply. The cheapest scrub will cost more than $15. I know. Life is so unfair.

All the associates but especially Destiney are amazing! I'm always intimidated to go in and really look but she was there ready to be asked any question. What stood out the most was that it seemed as if she genuinely cared about my specific needs. I was asked what I was looking for, if I had any allergies, and what I wanted the outcome from the product to be. I usually stress about shopping but Destiney made it easy and carefree! I cant wait to use all of it!

The funniest thing about this location is that you can see all the boyfriends, husbands, and partners and their kids just waiting outside milling around on their phones while their S.O. is shopping inside. When I went on the weekend it was pretty packed. I liked that there are some brands you don't generally see at other Asian beauty shops and that there are samples you can, I guess smell or swatch. There's make up, skincare (serums, toners, sunblock, face wash, etc.), hair care, body care, and some household goods like those air freshener sticks. However, after a quick look through I was just ok with the prices and the selection that they have here for my own beauty and skincare needs. Some of the items are a couple dollars more expensive that what I could find online, but that's understandable. I think my only issue was the stock that they had of what was carried and the state of the samples. Most of what did pique my interest, the cute eye shadow palettes and make up, were all sold out but were still on display (10+ items like this not just a couple) and the samples that were out for swatching looked absolutely disgusting and dirty. Smeared lipstick and cream and blush everywhere, some had hair and dust and other things in it. I dipped real quick. I don't know, I've been spoiled with ShinuyaLa and I'm genuinely quite surprised there's no K-beauty shop equivalent that does it like them.

The stylists, estheticians & staffs are very nice and super patience. I have to applause them for having to deal with a few of the difficult customers that I have witness when I'm in the store weekly. Those customers not only want free samples all the time, but regularly tries to return half used products AND holding up the check-out line(without any respect to other customers) while demanding to get their way. Witnessing these makes me thankful for my job as an independent stylist that I can refuse service to those unrealistic clients. I would never let those people in my chair to waste my time. My body responds well to it, and until recently, I trusted the providers there--especially Lori--without hesitation. A few months ago, they suggested I try a newer product called Letybo, which was described as being mixed with saline and supposedly more effective. Because I had built trust with them over the years, I agreed to give it a chance. Within a few weeks, it became clear that Letybo was not as strong for me and did not give me the results I've always had with Dysport. I expressed my concerns at that time, but they seemed brushed off. When I scheduled my most recent appointment about three weeks ago, I was very clear with Savannah on the phone that I only wanted Dysport, as it has consistently worked best for me. She said she would note this in my chart. On the day of the appointment, Savannah took my before photos, and I again asked her to confirm that I was receiving Dysport. She told me yes and said she would confirm with Lori. Lori then came in and performed the treatment. I left believing I had received Dysport. Three weeks later, after being unhappy with the results once again, I called the office to ask exactly what product had been used. That's when I was told it was Letybo, not Dysport. I am extremely disappointed. I was clear about my concerns, clear about my request, and clear about what I consented to. Yet I was given a product I explicitly asked not to receive. Even more troubling, it was presented in a way that led me to believe I was getting Dysport, which felt misleading and dismissive of my concerns. After three years of trust, this experience felt unprofessional and careless--especially in a medical aesthetics setting where transparency and patient consent are essential. I expected to be listened to and respected as a long-term patient, and unfortunately, that did not happen here.
