David came out to do an evaluation and estimate. Agreed to work and price. Never showed up or returned multiple calls.

I was pleasantly surprised by the low-pressure sales approach, which differed from other reviews…read moreI'd seen. The pre-installation process was straightforward and very helpful, giving me a clear understanding of what to expect. Unfortunately, installation day brought several complications. A team of three began installing 16 windows, but just 15 minutes in, one technician badly twisted an ankle and had to leave. The remaining two proceeded to remove all windows on a scorching 90+ degree day before starting replacements, turning my home into an uncomfortably hot and humid environment. While they finished the installation that day, it was an incredibly long shift, from just before 10 AM until 9 PM, requiring my continuous supervision. I noted that a drop cloth was only used for the very first window, which helped with the mess initially but wasn't continued. Another issue was the window color. I had specified a tan/wicker exterior with a white interior, but received entirely white windows. To avoid a 6-8 week delay and a $350 rescheduling fee, I accepted them. They do look good, and the white exterior matches my previous windows, so I'm not overly concerned about this. My primary outstanding concern is a gutter downspout that was removed during installation and never reinstalled. Despite multiple calls (three to the install team, two to the service team), I haven't received any communication or action to rectify this. This lack of follow-up so soon after installation makes me question the reliability of their warranty service.

They've ghosted/ignored all attempts of mine to have it fixed, despite all of their empty promises about warranties during the used car sales pitch. Poor communication. You can call, if they don't answer you can not leave a message because their…read morevoicemail isn't set up. Their prices are fair. After signing to have them install windows they did not ever come back to do their "expert" measurements. When I called Reg he said his son came out and measured. (I was home the whole time and did not see him. He then said he'd double check. He called back and told my husband that he had called a couple weeks ago and told us he had ordered the windows. That call was never made. He told us the day we signed that it would take 3 weeks to get the windows in and then 2 days for install. It was 6 weeks before he called at 8:30 pm the night before he wanted to start site work. We were headed on vacation. Had we gotten a little heads up we may have been able to be home when he initially wanted to be on site. When they arrived to install they had not ordered the windows I requested. Because I didn't want to wait any longer I let them install the windows that were not my preference. They used a saws-all to cut out my old windows that could have easily been removed with removing the screws. After placing the windows in they then proceeded to wrap my wood trim with vinyl. That is not something that was talked about and now my brown house trim doesn't go with the white vinyl trim around the windows. Now I'll have to paint the whole house to make the windows look good. That was not the plan. They ended the first day with not having all the vwindows. One of the windows they brought is too small. Supposedly Reg is bringing the window that is correct on day 2 so they can finish. We'll see.

The initial estimate was 12-14 weeks due to "Covid" but it only took 8 weeks. The installers showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment, no issues as I was working from home that day, and got right to work removing my old windows and installing the new ones. The prices were a bit higher than I had anticipated, but the quality of the windows is superior compared to the original windows. Plus the warranty is great. Now only 20 more windows to go. You don't realize how many windows are in your home! lol

Their team even cut into our drywall and left nail holes in our door frame--so the process was clearly underway.Then... nothing. No communication whatsoever. We were told installation would take 6-8 weeks. At the 6-week mark, we had to call for an update--only to be told by Nick, with zero accountability or concern, that the job had been "undersold." Our options? Either pay double the agreed-upon signed price or cancel altogether. To make matters worse, we were told Joe "should have" contacted us--meaning if we hadn't called, they would have continued holding our money while saying nothing. Nick's dismissive, unapologetic attitude made it clear this isn't unusual for them, which is even more concerning. Now we're left with: no sliding glass door, a damaged wall, a damaged door frame, and a completely broken customer experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
