They also brought out the wrong drink instead of my latte, adding another 10 minutes to the wait. We were there for about 40 minutes total. My banana licuado latte had clearly been sitting out for a while by the time I got it and didn't look or taste like it did on our first visit. The staff seemed clueless about what was going on and never apologized. They offered us about 2 oz. of drip coffee for our wait, but it was too bitter for my taste.

The price points though is more expensive than the price points in Miami and Calle Ocho area which is crazy because Miami is expensive. I will give it another shot because the banana latté sounds very appealing so as of right now, I give it a 3 star. In my personal opinion it's overpriced and falls short on taste.

Finally asked again with a different barista, and she apologized and admitted they either lost my drink order or gave it to someone else.
