Very bad experience…read more Movers were 20 minutes late. Then they had no mattress/box spring covers as promised when i got the quote. I had bought some originally when going to move by myself without movers but then wanted to return them since i had to book movers and they were to provide but they didn't have any so had to use my own (extra $20 out or my pocket). I was literally moving just across the street and had only a few things to move --- a bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, standing desk, 0 boxes bc had moved everything else myself already. Out of those few things they moved- they damaged my wood bedside table (part of a matching set so now can't use both of them) and damaged my bed frame. I have pictures of both the day before with no damage which proves they did the damage to both. Also keep in mind i only used 2 hr of the 4 minimum i had to book with them. So they only had to work half the time and move a few items and still those few items got damaged just from moving them to an apartment building next door. They offered me $60 for the damage, i felt i was owed at least $200 discount but all they would come up to was $100 off. Do NOT recommend. Wish i had just finished my move myself without hiring the movers at all

He was very nicely spoken, explained everything about our move clearly in detail and gave us the best hourly price from what anyone offered us. We had a very pleasant experience with Mark and his interaction with us and although we're no longer moving, wish we hired them if we decided to move. Benjamin was clear in his communication from the start, and everything he promised is exactly what happened. The guys he sent were super professional and very personable, and they arrived on time, which was one of my top priorities. I was only able to reserve my building's elevator for three hours, from 12 to 3. They had all of my packing done and finished the whole move within that window, right in line with the time estimated. They took special care with my things and not one item was broken. They were also flexible and accommodating every time I asked to change things up and see furniture pieces in different places. Your response does not accurately reflect what happened, and I have documentation to support the…read moreactual timeline. First, the COI was provided for one building only. It was not submitted for the delivery building, despite the fact that we reminded you about it twice before the move. When we arrived, management confirmed they had never received it. We even tried to negotiate with management to see whether they would allow the move without the COI, but they understandably refused. Second, your movers arrived approximately 40 minutes late, not 15 minutes late. Their arrival time is documented by photographs as well as timestamped messages sent at the time. There was also no construction-related delay as described in your response. The primary issue at the delivery building was that the required COI had not been submitted, which prevented us from bringing our belongings into the building. Your description of what happened afterward is also inaccurate. No crew returned the next day. You told us that you had no movers available next day. The following days were the weekend. Your crew was then supposed to return on Monday but no one showed up. We were communicating directly with your movers, who told us they could not come because they did not have a truck. No crew came to the storage facility and no one was waiting there for an access code as you now claim. In fact, after all of this happened, you stopped responding to our messages entirely. What is most disappointing is not only the way this move was handled, but that instead of acknowledging what went wrong, your response attempts to shift responsibility to the customer and presents a version of events that directly contradicts the documented communications. I have records of the COI issue, the movers' actual arrival time, our repeated messages to your company, and the conversations with your crew regarding the lack of a truck. I am comfortable providing that documentation if necessary.
