I reheated them the next day in an air fryer and it was crispy and delicious. I tried one either kind that had a crispier, thinner shell. While still crispy, this shell is thicker and has a chew after the initial crunch. They have other food, some snacks, and turon. Small spot in the same parking lot as dollar tree and had a few tables and chairs inside if you want to dine in. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. I'm in North County but will definitely get some again next time I work down South.

One bite into these and they stole the show! Love the asian fusion flavors of sweet, salty, and sesame oil. Very unique. I was pleasantly surprised that the sides that came with these weren't plain and basic, but a step up from normal Mac salad and salted potato chips. They were tuna Mac salad and honey Dijon kettle chips! Prices are great considering food trucks are typically more pricey. Food portion is enough and not skimpy either.
