I like this place for the location, but they always seem short staffed. I recommend ordering your items for pickup to save time. It took several minutes for a staff person to help me and all I was doing was picking up an order. The shelves are poorly stocked and honestly everything is expensive for what it is. This is a good place for a quick stop, but not if you're in a hurry.

The lady with head scraf saw me waited in the consultation window for 20 mins still not coming up even she's not helping others, end up she came up and checked my prescription's price according to the insurance and said that's their price, co-pay over 280.00 for a 1 month supply, when my insurance told me only 120.00 before i went there. Partial perscription was already ready to pick up as 30 pills was filled already, I said ok just give me the 30 pills and dont fill the rest 150 pills as i can't afford it. . She said ok but said you have to wait for me to update the order, you can sit down and I will call you when ready. I literally didn't know why she said she has to update the order as I just asked for the price, I didn't ask her to cancel the order whatsoever, and partial was already filled anyway so I don't know what she has to update for & why I couldn't pick up the drug right away? Then after I waited another 30 mins, the pick up line had many people and now became empty, so I went up to ask to pick up my total 4 drugs as i couldn't wait any longer, then they take another 10 mins to upload a 2.00 coupon with 2 different people, and 10 mins to look for a drug supposed to be already been filled and ready. After done. It is already 1hour & 30 mins waited in the pharmacy. Then I asked where the lady with head scraf Went as she said she would let me know once it is ready. And the manager said she has already gone and off work. So I basically waited for nothing and if I didn't come up to the pick up line and ask, I would have been sitting there till they close for the day, and nobody knows what I am waiting for. I mean if that lady doesn't want to help or does her job correctly. She shouldn't have told me to sit there and wait for nothing. This work attitude is so bad that I am totally speechless especially what they do to sick people. Getting more sick because of their I-Don't-Care attitude, their management should ready improve their customer service in the pharmacy department.

Today, when I received my flu shot, she put alcohol on my arm but did not allow it to dry before giving the injection, so it stung really badly. She also did not open the box or explain anything about the shot or aftercare. Every time this particular MA gives me a shot, I end up bruising. I just had my flu shot today, and I can already see a bruise starting to form. The last time she gave me a shot, my entire arm bruised, and the bruise was bigger than a grapefruit. I believe that may have been from the particular vaccine I received that day, but I have noticed a pattern whenever she gives me my injections. Again, she is not rude, but her attitude is unpleasant and there is absolutely no friendliness or communication. I will make it a point next time to go to a different location. It honestly feels like some staff members hate their jobs. That is just my personal opinion, but unfortunately, that is the impression I have gotten from my experiences.

We stood there waiting with our FedEx Express drop off while the FedEx driver walked in, gathered collected and scanned other packages, and not one employee could say a word to me or help me. There was even a young female employee sitting directly in front of me on the computer and on her personal phone making direct eye contact with me but not helping me or saying a word. Then 1 of the 4 employees, another female super long hair, helps a different customer who came in after us with his photo pick up. Meanwhile a male employee steps directly in front of me to scan the FedEx drivers package, seeing that I'm waiting with my 2 drop offs and say nothing. So after the driver leaves the male employee then addresses me to start scanning my 2 envelopes however they asked him if that was the express driver leaving in which he said yes, so in my complete frustration I grabbed my 2 envelopes and stated loudly to all employees behind the counter how extremely rude they all were for not helping me and that I couldn't believe 4 employees just allowed me to sit there and wait the whole time and allow the driver to come, collect and leave all while I was waiting. The response was dumb-founded looks by all and only the male saying "oh I didn't see you".

We came to pick up a prescription refill, and the pharmacy employee told us it would take 45 minutes. She was holding what appeared to be the medication in her hand, so we politely asked if that was our prescription and whether we could receive it since it seemed to already be ready. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she responded with a rude and unnecessary attitude, saying, "Because IT don't have your name on it. 45 minutes!" She then abruptly hung up the phone. I understand that pharmacy staff can have busy and stressful days, but that is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. We were simply asking a question and trying to understand why a prescription would take 45 minutes if it appeared to already be in her hand. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how busy the pharmacy is.
