If I could I'd give a 3.5 for this review…read more The one person we worked with was very friendly and polite, I have no issues there. The cake was made on-time and it really was no hassle with the order. The reason this is not 4 stars is due to a couple of reasons.. firstly the cake is from a catalog and it is $30 cheaper everywhere else that I looked. I didn't expect to spend quite so much but figured since it's baked fresh (unlike Walmart who uses frozen cake) that it must be worth the cost. The cake itself was good, not amazing, but good... the strawberry filling however was very bitter. Not unbearable but enough that none of the kids wanted to eat their slice of cake. I think we'll come here again but if we do a custom cake maybe next time we won't get the strawberry filling.

I have no complaints about the food or the coffee itself--everything tasted good once I finally received it. The issue was the wait time, which was honestly unacceptable. I waited about 40 minutes for my sandwich and over 50 minutes for my drinks. It wasn't until I went up to ask what was going on that my order was finally given to me. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the wait times and lack of communication were frustrating. There were also multiple people waiting a long time for DoorDash orders as well, which added to the chaos.
