I've been to this place before but stopped going after a massage therapist demanded a larger tip, even though I had already tipped 20%. I decided to give it another try, but today's experience was terrible. The massage therapist didn't seem to know what she was doing--she kept using her thumb in an uncomfortable way, despite me asking multiple times she didn't seem to care about my concern and continued. She also skipped massaging my hands and never flipped me over to complete the session properly. I immediately called the owner, but she didn't take my concerns seriously and was laughing. She then suggested I try their other location in San Ramon for better service. It's clear they are more focused on making money than providing quality care. I would not recommend this place. The girls are fantastic. They will rub you however you want your massage to be! If you want a deep tissue or light rubbing and everything in between!!!.the girls are all very sweet and extremely accommodating And are all educated in their craft!! all these other negative post on here are bullshit. If you're looking for a massage from somebody that knows about sports medicine go to fucking Stamford or a fucking gym but if you want a great back rub or massage don't hesitate to go to this place !!! This was a impulse massage and wax secondary to to being a little homesick. I was dropping my service animal off at the groomer next door. Therefore my attire was Nike yoga pants and an Old Navy sweat shirt. But that shouldn't matter because people are people no matter what s/he is wearing. Everyone should be "loved" and treated with kindness. I was made to feel like a second class citizen when asked to pay for my service up front. She then appeared surprised when I handed her my debit card. I have NEVER been asked to pay for services up front. Being a traveling therapist, from SC, I have gotten massages from the east coast to the west. The massage wasn't anything to rave about. It was a nice but didn't have any trigger points worked out. The massage therapist didn't know what/where the IT band is located. My problem areas are my legs especially my right leg. She spent maybe 3 minutes on each leg. However, I am more upset that she took 1/4 of my eyebrows off. I heard her say "OH" when she did it. While I understand that it was an accident and they will grow back. What upsets me is that she didn't say a word to me about it. She kept waxing/plucking away on my face. Thus messing them up beyond repair with shaping. I didn't know until I looked in the mirror the top of the inside (close to the nose) of my brow was off with the bottom still intact. She did attempt to fix them with her personal pencils. I thought they were sample pencils until I noticed her makeup bag sitting there. And then offered to give them to me. I give one star because she was super sweet. She was trying really hard to do a great job. Nonetheless, I paid for a so-so massage and left with my eyebrows partially missing. The bottom line is I left feeling worse than I did when I got there. Booked one hour massage, the lady named lily took me to a room! Massage bed was not made and it was dirty ! after three reminders, she changed the sheets! And have me to undress! As soon as another customer came, she came to me and made me to wait that she can take a new customer! I patiently waited and after 30 minutes she came and yelling at me without any reason and never apologized for me waiting 30 minutesI asked her to refund my money! Customer service here is really bad and therapists think they have the right to yell at customers and show them bad attitude! Not recommend it at all! Take your business elsewhere! read more

I have come here multiple times for a deep tissue massage. Staff is professional, prices are not to bad. 65 bucks for an hour plus tip. I do think they should spend more time in legs, I do the treadmill a lot so my calves hurt. My hamstrings quads and calves are areas they spent little time on, mostly back and neck. This place is so good. I always feel so relaxed when I leave, thanks to the wonderful ladies who work here. They know how to work on your sore muscles, and they check in regularly to ask if the pressure is good. You can always ask for more or less pressure, or more focus on problem areas. I have problems in my shoulder, and because I've become a regular, the ladies have gotten to know what I need without me having to say anything. So awesome. I used to be a member at a chain spa. Not anymore. Luminous Pearl won me over. FYI, the spa entrance is hidden on the backside of the strip mall. So, if you can't find it, make sure to go around back. So happy they are open again!!! Had no idea they were open and to my surprise they were!!! I made an appt and was excited. So much stress these days so needed a good massage. When I got there they took my temperature and masks are required. The nice lady took me into a room that was clean and had disposable covers. Made me very relax to know they were extremely careful. The massage therapist asked me how intense and where I was hurting. The massage therapist did great massage and i will be making another apt soon. The people that work on this spa are so rude and do not try to accommodate you at all! I was a little late for my appointment (~10 mins) and after driving 20 minutes to get there, they told me that they gave my appointment up to someone else and to come back in an hour. This is a very nicely appointed spa tucked quietly away in the corner of a strip mall. I called to make an appointment and received one within an hour. I was greeted shortly after entering and led to a room. My therapist arrived shortly after and asked me about pressure level and things like that and then she went to work. She had some wonderful technique, especially around the calves. She even massaged the muscles around my knees (after a few knee surgeries, this was a big plus for me). All in all, a very professional, warm and friendly experience that I intend on repeating as often as I can. read more

Was looking for a reasonably price massage place that did a good job. I called ahead and was lead into the room. The front desk was very friendly and the place was very clean and had a nice floral scent. The massage therapist came in and asked how intense I wanted the massage, I said medium. She did a great job on my neck and shoulders, to much sitting and working on the computer just aggravates them. Made 2 appointments for tonight for my husband & I tonight for 8pm on their website....arrived at 7:55pm and they were closed. Here's our experience: we booked a couples massage. The propriateor didnt speak english well. They asked for payment as soon as we walked in the door. Took us to a back room. The sheets on the massage table had stains. They told us our couples massages wouldn't be conducted together. We asked for a refund and left. read more
