I first came to Miyako in search of a nail artist for my wedding. Leading up to the big day, we experimented with a few different styles I had in mind, and she nailed every single one (pun intended). She also did my Barbie-in-Vegas-themed bachelorette nails, which were absolutely stunning. I felt like a bad b**** every time I walked out of her studio. What truly sets Miyako apart is her meticulous attention to detail. The shape, smoothness, and evenness of the nails are always flawless. I got a standard regular polish and it looked great. No massage with the pedi. It definitely feels a bit like a factory because once you're done they immediately want you off the chair so they can start working on the next place. At least they're efficient!

I had to get upset at you before you gave me a refund. The last technician I had thought she was the boss, well her fast service didn't work well because the tip came fully off in a couple days. I had a couple other nail repairs and that was just fine on me, but the front desk bitchy woman didn't want to fill my real nails. You have lost a Long time customer because of the ungrateful service you give. This isn't the first time and I am sure it's not the last you have been rude to a customer.
