Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. One star is not even acceptable. Did a job for me, edging,…read moremulch, and top dressing. Total Job was little over 6K. I set the expectations up front I want a quality job. I asked, to NOT leave me with a mess. 18 yards of Nutri-blend topsoil to top dress my yard, and they missed many areas. I also asked they fill in low areas, and they did not rake out the low areas. At the end they found every way to upcharge me. I asked to Manager/owner to come look at the job and he refused. When i tried to have a conversation about the job he found every excuse to cover his butt. Would not Come look at the terrible job. At the end of the day they needed a little extra effort to finish raking the mulch and dirt out. The guys that came out were hard workers that worked the entire time. Biggest problem was the finishing, that little extra effort to smooth out the dirt they put down in the low areas and make the mulch smooth instead of little round piles everywhere would have made a big difference.

The ten year employees would never do this AND the employees said this "liquid" was from the trailer.... It's extremely unprofessional, especially with the hour job they did, along with them both leaving the property with the opportunity to relieve themselves any other place, rather than here, then lie about it.... We were going to schedule more work when they were available, but after speaking with the office we will pass. If they cannot tell the truth about this, I'd be concerned them not being truthful if they did something else and you did not have video of the situation. My toddler does not do this behavior, but yet this wahoo did. The company and OPS management Dan stated that this is a "landscaping thing", nothing they can do to remedy the issue. Absolutely pathetic, disgusting, and the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. They also will argue with you after said issue with their company and call you days later just to do so.
