Walk in, look at the sample cookies, look on the ipad tablet and order. One of the staff will deliver you your order shortly after. The staff was polite, but like their other 2 locations, they seem to be going through the motions and more interested in whatever they are doing making the cookies, etc. I almost feel like they feel hassled to stop, box my order, and hand it over. Not that they are rude or anything, but it seems like it would be better if they had a person who only dealt with the public and handing over orders. The menu changes from time to time, with new additions. I can appreciate that, but it is annoying when an item you like goes away. The prices are outrageous and the size seems to be going down, but they do taste great if you are looking for a sweet decadent treat. This time I tried the Strawberry shortcake $5.98, it was ok, disappointing. Not as good as some of their cookies and the Dubai chocolate treat. I am hardly ever in this area, so that is why I would not go back. The Carlsbad location is much closer and I pass by their more often and that is the one that I go to more frequently. They do have a rewards system, but it is annoying because it takes forever to get to 500 points to get a free cookie and they took away the free birthday cookie.
