We devoured the ones we ordered: brownie batter, s'mores and churro cookie. The consistency is soft and not too doughy. Expect sweetness but it's not overwhelming. It's a great dessert to share when you're craving something sweet. It's fun to try the weekly cookies and is great for birthday parties or events. They don't crumble when you cut them so with the big portions it makes it easy to serve and share. There aren't any tables inside so plan to take it to go. I was in the area and had been wanting to try their dirty sodas. I was greeted upon arrival and directed to a special kiosk to order my dirty soda. I chose the Dr Pepper with coconut and lime and placed the order. I didn't have to wait long and I was handed my beverage. It was interesting flavor wise, but I probably wouldn't get it again. Tried Crumbl for the first time last month. I live close by and got a coupon book for the shopping center and decided to use the BOGO for Crumbl. Have seen lots of reels on the cookies, so knew there would be some great choices. For standard orders, it's pretty easy, use the kiosk and pick up at the counter in minutes. I needed help since I had the coupon and both employees were very nice and helpful. The other customers were so sweet as well. I really tried to like this place. First, in Tampa, Florida, San Diego, California, then again in Tennessee, and yet again in Oceanside, California. My best guess is I just don't care for the cookies. I just can't get past how the batter mostly tastes the same, with too slight of a variation to make each cookie stand on its own. They just don't stand well on their own in any location I've tried Crumbl cookies. I can't stress enough that all locations were well organized and clean. Daily business operations and the business's treatment of customers has always been a positive experience. Also how the stores are set up are convenient. My favorite cookie is the one with pink icing on top. I believe that's the signature sugar cookie. You may like them more than I do. I always say it's worth a try. read more

Have to write again cause we got a box of minis today and it was awful. First of all the staff literally doesn't speak to you, no welcome, no smile, nothing. You order at the kiosk and they call your name and that's it. The minis are terrible. Rock hard and zero frosting on the flavors of the week. If you get the classic flavors they have frosting but they are hard as a rock. If you get the special flavors they are completely bland with little to no topping or frosting. I've tried to for crumbl so many chances but I will never understand the hype with experiences like this. read more

This is where you get those TikTok cookies that everyone has been hyping over! I tried them out a few months before they blew up on social media and they are absolutely positively dense as F. Quite tasty but very, very dense. You'll pretty much get your days worth of calories by eating one and a half of them. When you walk in, it's a self-serve tablet or if you have questions than the workers can always answer for you. One recommendation is to go before closing because they do sell out of flavors! I ordered cookies for my husband for Valentine's Day and arranged a pickup. I struggled getting my stroller through the door, and not one employee, even the one waiting to come out the door, offered to help me hold the door open. That's not the issue here. The biggest issue I had was how DIRTY the inside lobby is. Does your store own a mop? Or soap? Or bleach? My god. Located in the Mission Marketplace on Oceanside Blvd., this franchise has spread all over the country, pleasing many cookie lovers in their wake. While I'm not exactly a "sweets" lover entirely, I can definitely appreciate a good cookie. This was also my first time experiencing this brand of cookies. This new location is starting off showcasing 6 flavors, of which I tried their Birthday Cake, Cinnamon French Toast, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut-Butter and Neapolitan. What I loved the most about their cookies is that they were all thick & soft and almost "doughy". They weren't super-moist and would often "crumble" upon biting into them; hence their name? My favorites were the chocolate-chip (reliably safe), Cinnamon French Toast (childhood favorite) and the Chocolate Peanut-Butter (was mostly peanut-butter forward). The service was good, fast and friendly. They also allow for Pre-Ordering with Priority Parking in front. One thing that disappointed me was that there were no vegan or gluten-free free options available and I'm not sure there will be. I highly recommend downloading their app in advance to order and also you'll get a FREE COOKIE upon showing on your phone. Overall, this place is made for those who like sweets and don't mind paying for them. At nearly $4 a cookie, it's not a place for your "typical trips" and I would only come here to indulge when I want something special.
