I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes.
