Pretty disappointing. I feel scammed and upset. I booked Luke based of of the reviews & now I'm beginning to think those reviews are fake. I left Luke this morning & went to work expecting to come home to a spotless apartment. I booked a DEEP CLEAN. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is pretty good shape. One of the bathrooms and bedrooms were pretty much already cleaned. Walked into my bedroom & it's looked exactly how I left it except for the fact that he swept the floors. Bed was unmade (had to ask him to make it) Soap marks still on the bathroom walls. I run my feet through my area rug and it was not vacuumed well at all. There's still crumbs/dirt at the edge of my couch. Grease still on stove top Spots on bedroom mirror Nightstand untouched, there's still dust & hair on it. there was so many missed items to the point where I just preferred that he leave. I booked Luke because I didn't have the time to clean but I am deeply regretting spending my money on this "deep clean" I shouldn't not have to re-clean my apartment after booking you to do a deep a clean. Never again. read more

Another satisfied client here! The experience was great from the start. Setting up the appointment over the phone was clear and easy. Luke was punctual and continued to be communicative during the cleaning. And yes, very personable to boot. Highly recommended! read more

Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He got to work right away and left the place looking spotless. He even got all the grime build-up I had between the tiles of my bathroom. I'd been trying to get that out for a year! He brought all his own cleaning supplies and even gave me some tips on how to prevent build-up in the future. Bottom line: Great prices, super-nice guy, flawless work. Will definitely keep this young professional in mind if I need his services again. Highly recommended! read more

Great experience! Luke was punctual and got straight to work. He brought his own cleaning supplies. In two hours my studio apartment was dusted, vacuumed and scrubbed and for such a great price!. Also Luke is quite affable, which makes the whole experience so much more pleasant. I definitely recommend his cleaning services = very efficient for a convenient price. read more

I don't have a lot of experience with cleaning services, but we are in the process of selling our apartment and needed a serious cleaning before our first open house. Luke fit us in with only a days' notice, and did a great job. I won't restate everything in the other reviews. I will whole-heartedly recommend Luke to anyone who needs professional cleaning services. He's a great guy who does a great job (and has a great website - check it out). read more

Partly my fault for leaving the wrong keys with our management office, but mostly Luke's fault for trying to squeeze in another job right after this one! It started out pleasant enough. We decided on a day and time (Friday 3PM) and then Luke showed up at 11AM (4 hours earlier and without warning) but because of the whole key issue, we lost an hour. Luke had another job scheduled for around 1:30 the same afternoon so he basically rushed through our cleaning job so that he could get to the next one on time. PS .... Needs to respond to texts within a reasonable time frame!! read more

Luke did an amazing job! He is the best cleaning service we've used since living in Brooklyn. I've never had someone pay so much attention to detail, which is exactly what I wanted. Every cleaning service we've used has been average to below average. I'm always having to do a little extra cleaning afterward because they miss things. This is definitely not Luke. I would highly recommend his service. read more

Luke does a fabulous job. He's cleaned for me for about 2 years now, consistent excellent cleaning and I'm picky (tried 3 others before I found Luke). His rates are very reasonable especially considering the caliber of his work. I've found him to be very easy to work w re schedule changes etc. I text and email him and get prompt responses. I have zero complaints and am nothing but pleased. read more

Luke has been cleaning my apartment for almost two years. He still would be except that I've moved out of NYC! Reasonable pricing, does good and consistent work, and is flexible about rescheduling. I definitely recommend him. read more

Luke is great! He is really easy to work with vis a vis scheduling and when he arrives he does a bang up job on the apartment. I love that he is all about all natural or home-made cleaning products as well. I feel very green after he is finished :) He's also an interesting human and it's nice to chat for a moment or two before he gets to work. He is actually pretty quiet when he's cleaning. Once I feel asleep in the other room while he was doing the kitchen! read more

Great experience with Luke. Friendly and helpful, and listened to a few specific requests we had about what we wanted/needed cleaned. He did it within the expected time and things looked perfect. I highly recommend Luke's Cleaning for your apartment. read more

Luke was so great! Having him clean my apartment made me realize I have just been moving dust around. I have also never seen my stove look so clean -even before I moved in! It's black and gets dusty easily but now it's so shiny I almost want to cook something!! He's awesome read more

I meet Luke at my weekly networking meeting of BNI . He was very nice and personable. I started talking to him about maybe cleaning my place. So I can surprise my wife . I scheduled him to come by to clean my kitchen, living room and bathroom. Luke showed up on time and with all the supplies and tools necessary to clean the apartment . I had to go out , so I left Luke alone to finish up. I paid him and I went to the movies with my wife. Luke was awesome. He made sure everything was cleaned and ready to go. Lights were shut off and everything locked . My wife was happy and very appreciative that I did this. Luke will definitely be back cleaning my place again. read more

Luke is great. He squeezed us in last minute to clean our new house - which was filthy when we moved in - and the apt we were moving out of the same day. He did a terrific job, our home feels fresh brand new, and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. He is also very professional and comes with his own cleaning products. I highly recommend Luke's Cleaning! read more

Very good service, top notch and professional. Luke's business is a local start up and I love to support this. He and his crew are always to a T on time, very thorough, and will work with you to fine tune your specific cleaning needs. It's hard to find a good cleaning person in NYC/Brooklyn, this service makes it easy. read more

Luke was really, really, really wonderful. From the first conversation we had on the phone he was cheerful, informative and professional. I ended up having to reschedule at the last minute and he took it in stride, coming later in the day. He was on time, worked quickly, and my apartment looks beautiful. I'm writing this review within minutes of him leaving because I'm so happy with the results. He's a nice person, great job, and I'm happy to support a local business like his.The price was great, and I'll be happy to use him again. Obviously, I recommend! read more

Luke fitted me in at short notice, and was flexible and accommodating about my special requests like using Murphy's oil soap. His colleague Kate did a great, really thorough job and made my cruddy new apartment feel fresh and light and ready to live in. She was also a very lovely person. Hurrah for Luke's cleaning - I wanted to book them again for my move-out clean, but they were booked up, not surprisingly. Their rates are also very reasonable and I was quoted a flat rate versus a lot of the others. Great little company. read more

We started having Luke clean our apartment regularly about a year and a half ago, and we've been consistently pleased. Strong communication, punctual, super professional, easy to schedule, brings his own supplies and, also, a really nice guy. AND he leaves the apartment spotless every time. read more
