She asked me what style I preferred. I'm a volume girly but she recommend the "Hybrid " design for me so I went with her choice for my eyes and face. The process takes about 45-1hour so be prepared to sit for a little bit. She was gentle and careful and it was not painful or unpleasant. It felt like a feather gently poking you on your eye lids. Haha. I don't know how to describe the feeling but it felt like eyelashes being installed piece by piece which is cool. The outcome looked amazing!! Being a lash strip girly and getting this service change my perception on why people get this done! It looks so natural and professional! Versus the strips. I'm hooked! These last up to a month or so and you can get fills done too! I love it! I'm so happy that I found a place to get my lashes done at now. Where I'm comfortable because it's hard to find a nice place with nice people. Location is perfect!! Plenty of free parking and it's located on the 2nd floor of the cigar shop! If you park in the back of the cigar shop it's easier to find her suite. Price for full set is $169 and the refills are $89-$99. On the holidays she runs specials. I booked brow shaping mapping, lamination, tint and threading, but they rushed through the service, even though I had called prior to see if there was availability and they never even mapped my brows before starting, after service and seeing my botched brows the main lady offered a complimentary brow mapping.. (I agreed, paid and left) I left with uneven eyebrows, one noticeably higher than the other, completely different shapes, and a chunk of hair missing. When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me they were even until I literally had to show them the difference myself. The lamination was also extremely weak and barely lasted a day. The worst part is that after I got home and expressed my concerns to my friends and family they all told me they were so bad, I should have never paid AND never went!! I contacted the business. They agreed to refund me. However, I followed up multiple times, waited days and was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, but it never was. Because they failed to honor the refund they promised, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Years of eyebrow growth gone, poor service, broken promises, and no accountability. I can't believe I paid for this experience.

Microbladng touch up…read more I have been getting my brows microbladed by Mary since just prior to the pandemic shutdown in 2020. I found her on Groupon anad I am so glad that I did. Mary is genuine and has a very strong work ethic. She does not do the elaborate or exaggerate, over-the-top kind of brows (not that I am knocking anyone's preference). o each his/her own. That works for me because I prefer a more natural look. I'be always rceived coplimens on my brows with women telling me that they are alwasy on point-Imean strangers-like women in the gym who have only seen me there when I work out. Mary quelled my fears about the process and explained every step in the process. She was always responsive even after the process was finished. When she made the initial appointment, she was told that she would be able to receive her deposit back if she did not do the service within 12 hours; however, what ended up happening was anything but. The person who answered the phone kept hanging up on her to the point that I had to call to get a name to be able to make a complaint. Very bad customer service - why would you hang up on a prospective client? Very rude and disrespectful. If you're considering making an appointment here, I suggest you do the opposite of Nike and move on. If the customer service is this way prior to your appointment, what happens if you have a bad experience during the lash process? Will you get cussed out?
