As I am in the middle of getting my nails done I mention that I have the groupon and the nail tech Chanel and she informs me that I cannot use that groupon since I bought one and used it in the past....Are you kidding me? You are in the middle of doing my nails!! For quality customer service I would have expected her to say something along the lines of "I can except it this time but for next time..." I would have been fine with that. If I am not allowed to use the groupon then why was it available for purchase again? That is the companies problem and not mine.

In this kind of Field, if a Service was not performed to its expectations, the Owner should redo the Service; not charge another fee on top of that. Do you really want to spend your money with this Salon. Yes, they are nice, "until" you are dissatisfied. What does that say about the Salon. To me, it speaks Volumes. WOW, This Salon is all about lies. They never offered to redo the Service. We are in the middle of a Dispute and they are spilling out lies so their other Customers do not know the truth. Well know this, if I lose the Dispute, the next step I will take is Small Claims Court! Now is this a Salon you really want to deal with. Al I can say, is Ladies, as long as you are happy with your Services, everything is fine. However, if something is not right, and you want it fixed, be prepared to REPAY for the entire Service, or all this fighting will take place for you as well. If I was reading this Review, I would think twice about going to this Salon. And Angelina is a Receptionist, not the business owner. I guess they will stoop to any lengths to fix their screw ups.
