Currently she is horrified with the cut to the point of being in tears. The stylist did call to apologize but what does that do at the end of the day? Now we have to wait until December for this cut to grow out. Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short.
