The manager knew that double the dye wouldn't work to lift the color, but still allowed the Silas to do it so the top of my head was red the bottom was brown. I went into fix it. They bleached my entire head. and I looked like Ronald McDonald. It was nowhere near the color I wanted. Then they gave me an attitude and tried to turn it around on me not once but twice. I would avoid this like the plague and just pay extra upfront at the other salons versus trying to save money because what cost me was more than $200 in the end plus a bunch of stress and hair that I never even wanted this color. I would never send anyone there again.
