The chicken sandwich, Buffalo wings, Pepperoni pizza with chicken and jalapeños, and the spicy pretzel dog .

Ordered different items from their menu. The chicken sandwich, Buffalo wings, Pepperoni pizza with chicken and jalapeños, and the spicy pretzel dog . All in all I give this rating for the server that brought us our food only because he was nice. Never have we ever had a pizza that tasted like NOTHING. The food is SO BLAND. The somewhat good tasting items were the fries and ranch lol. Explains why the place was pretty empty. Better off going next door to the noodles restaurant. Or save your money

Been going a long time , Service is Good .. Food not so good . Management keeps changing , They keep lowering the quality of the food . A good cheif dosent seen to stick around long ? I know the can do much better , but they just dont ?

Located inside Pala Casino. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Tons of TVs. Casual and loud sports bar atmosphere. Full service, sitdown restaurant. Fast and friendly service. They do not take reservations - walk ins only. There was a lot of availability during prime time on a night where the hotel was sold out, though, so you shouldn't have to worry. Three men split the wings, skins, and loaded fries. Each had a beer. Plenty of food and tasted great! Cost around $80 tax and tip included as of March 2024. If you're in the upper tier of their players privileges program, you can get a discount.

Honestly terrible. We were staying at this hotel, & the night before the wedding a group of us were trying to watch the football game in this place with MAYYYBE 3 other tables (at least 20 open spaces). Instantly the manager gave us attitude saying we were not allowed to order drinks from the bartender as we were "taking away tips from the servers". We complied, asked for a server & then waited 20 minutes to get a drink in an empty restaurant. We had more people join us about 40 minutes into it & no server came to ask if they wanted anything. We tried to order drinks from the bar & the bartender said "sorry my manager said I'm not allowed to serve you drinks & you have to order from your server" okay great but maybe send a server over to check in then? Especially considering we are now the only customers in the establishment? Absolutely ridiculous I have never had this poor of service in a casino before. This manager needs a SERIOUS attitude check & education in customer service.

5 Stars I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the Pala Cheeseburger was at Luis Rey inside Pala Resort & Casino! Honestly, I walked in expecting 3-star food (blame the noodle place next door), but boy, was I wrong. This is a great burger, hands down! The Pala Burger is absolutely delicious--cooked to order, packed with fresh, quality ingredients, and full of flavor. It's clear they take pride in making it right. And no, I wasn't drinking, so this review is 100% sober-approved! The atmosphere is fantastic too. The TVs and sound system make it a super pleasant spot to sit, relax, and enjoy a great meal. If you're here, ORDER THE PALA BURGER and thank me later. It's worth every bite!

Okay atmosphere, not stuffy at all so that's cool. Service is definitely lacking. I see one guy really trying and the other, we'll I'm not sure what he's doing. I think I have seen the lady who cleans the tables more than I have seen any server. Anyway, it was overall a nice place to watch the football game with a nice big TV.

    Pizza and lemon drop

I would like to start off by saying that this place is amazing to watch football games. They have an amazing big TV and they put the sound on. But this review is getting five stars because of our amazing server, Jose. He knew the menu inside and out, and he described the pizzas very well. I had a lot of questions, and he knew everything about the menu, which is hard to find nowadays with servers. Another thing I came with my family, who some spoke Spanish, which is a plus because our server, Jose, spoke Spanish and English very well, which made it very easy for our family to enjoy our time together and be able to order with ease. The pizza was also freshly made, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Everything was delicious, even the crust. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place. Ignore the old reviews because they have really upgraded everything. I had zero issues. Thank you, Jose, for the amazing experience. When we come back, we will definitely be asking for you to be our server.

    Order of French fries

I ordered at 8:00pm. 8:20pm. I am still waiting for three mini tacos and an order of French fries. Can you imagine if I ordered a larger platter for supper? Probably, I would be waiting a full hour! The ambiance is a dark-lit bar. Too dim that both managers hit their legs by banging into my table on two separate times as I dined. Perhaps this table needs to be moved elsewhere if employees bang themselves on the edge of this table? Just a thought. I was surprised they were open because it says they are only open Friday-Sunday. Had I known it would take almost 30 minutes for the food to arrive, I would not have chosen Luis Rey's. Once the food platters were set on the table, I did not get any additional service from my waitress even though I clearly placed my empty glasses of water and root beer beside the edge of my table. The street tacos were good. Fries were crispy. I would have liked for my waitress to have checked on me for refills. I was disappointed when I sat down because the only one that paid attention to me to have a seat was the bus lady. Yet, someone from behind me had reprimanded her for seating me! So much for customer service! There were ten tables inside at the time so between the three servers, it was not super busy. I do not think I would dine here again. Simply because of the quality of the service. My server did come to me at the end to ask me if I was ready for the check. I just feel there ought to have been a check-in with me during the meal. So, for recommendations: I would try the neighboring restaurants. Perhaps, you will get better service and a faster turnaround time for your food to arrive!

    Happy hour menu

This restaurant is located in Pala Casino. I came for happy hour which is from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Prices are good and portions are big. The street tacos are full of chicken, beef, or pork and you get 3 tacos for $9. It's a meal. The nachos are huge. For $12.95, they are big enough for 4 people to split. The Carne Asada fries are also big enough for 4 people to split. They are $14.95. They have a full bar. The staff is nice and friendly. The bar area is inviting and full of huge televisions to watch all different kinds of sports

Great Happy Hour menu and prices! They changed the Happy Hours to 5pm-8pm and it's only available on non-concert nights. My favorite drink here is their michelada ($5 during HH). The carne asada nachos were delicious - perfect snack for watching sports here. I also recommend their shrimp ceviche! The chicken taco was good too. We were lucky that we got a table during HH because it gets packed. Our waiter was Sean - he was attentive, friendly and provided top notch service! We also enjoyed watching the UFC fights on their largest flat screen and basketball games on the side.

This is a review lunch on a Thursday afternoon for 2 diners. We stopped in while visiting Pala's Casino. There were a few people eating lunch, some at the bar, and others enjoying a beautiful afternoon in the outdoor seating area. There was a huge screen TV with fascinating nature clips that kept us quite entertained. There were smaller TVs with sport events playing. Our order include iced tea, street tacos, and a grilled chicken sandwich. Our food came quickly and our server was good. The chicken sandwich had a little too much mayo for my taste so you may ask to have it on the side. Otherwise the sandwich was good as was the very large fries and onion ring combo. My DH said his tacos were good but he thought the meat was a little overcooked. I had originally ordered street tacos but they only came on corn toritillas (which I am not a fan). The lunch was good and I would recommend this location if visiting the casino and you want a casual bite to eat.

This is a Sports Bar inside of the Pala Resort. They have lots of TVs around the area including one huge Tv for the prime time games. The bar itself is nice, clean and has a nice set up to it. I was starving and wanted to watch the dodgers conference series game and I got a table to sit pretty quickly in the high tops. Their menu isn't very big as they have a burger, nachos, tacos, hotdogs and special of the day. I started off with the chicken nachos which was just alright, not bad, not something you would ever remember. For my entree I got the prime rib sandwich (special of the day) with sweet potato fries and as hungry as I was I couldn't eat it after the first bite so I had returned it for the Shrimp Tacos. The tacos weren't anything to rave about as it was pungent but I was starving so I had tolerated that. Sean (our server) was great, and very attentive as he took great care of us. Luis Rey's Sports bar is a nice place to watch the games but the food has more of a dive bar quality to it.

Funny the reason we chose this spot was because the food looked so good on yelp. Once we got our food I knew he wasn't lying. I got the Cuban and my friend got the Cesar wrap, both were great. We sat outside to enjoy the weather on the spacious patio. We never had to get up for a thing. We were well taken care of, our beers refilled and plates cleaned up. I would love to come back and try more of the food.

Once our order was finally placed, the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything looked excellent, with great presentation and generous portions for the price. The loaded nachos were outstanding--perfectly balanced with cheese, shredded beef, and all the other toppings. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. The EB Burger also looked great. For a $20 burger, looked promising and came with a generous serving of crispy fries and a large pickle spear. Although it arrived closer to well-done than the rare temperature I ordered, it was still tasty. The Not So Good: The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet it took quite a while to get served. We were only able to place our initial drink order after repeatedly trying to get the bartender's attention. Unfortunately, this became the theme of the evening. Even though guests around us appeared to be receiving regular service, we often felt invisible. When we finally got the bartender's attention to order beers, she hurried away before we could place our food order. It took additional time and more attempts to flag her down before we could order dinner. When the burger arrived overcooked, I couldn't even mention it because our server never checked on us or asked how the food was. Throughout the evening, I had to flag down other staff members just to request another beer or refill our water. Our server/bartender finally acknowledged the issue only after we spoke with another staff member about both the overcooked burger and the lack of service. To her credit, she offered to comp the burger. I initially declined but later accepted because it was nowhere near the temperature I had ordered. Despite the disappointing service, I still left a standard tip. I also told her it was a shame because we live right around the corner and had been excited to try this place. We were hoping it could become our regular Friday-night spot and somewhere we could bring friends and neighbors who enjoy good food and drinks. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't think we'll be coming back.
