Was confused because took my name and booked an appointment, but didn't get my address. 2 hour window for the appointment and was able to get a time less than 48 hours. Received a confirmation email and had my address which was wild. Fast forward to Monday and they arrived 25 minutes before their scheduled time. They sent a text that they would be arriving in 30 minutes and then they were there. Usually would be happy for a plumber to arrive early, but wife had a work call and I was driving home from work to meet him. He was ringing the doorbell a bunch which annoyed my wife, but life happens. Joel was very nice and said we needed to call CPL to locate where exactly the leak is. He gave me the wrong number for CPL even though I read the number back to him. True Plumbing didn't have any appointments the next day, but Joel found a way to squeeze me in to take a look after CPL completed their inspection. Sent two estimates which I had questions about. I talked to Joel on the phone and he answered them all. I really like that he was able to do cement work which some places wouldn't do. A couple of our technicians grabbed the snake and ran it through the clean-out. But Murphy's Law kicked in, and this time the clog wouldn't budge. After an exhausting effort--and now two hours past our "go home early" time--our techs called and said it was a "No Go." I called a couple of drain services to get a ballpark estimate (we've had a bad experience before--see my 1-star review on Yelp). Both companies told me they couldn't give a price until they saw it. Then I called DrainHelp and spoke with Ali. I asked for the cost, and he clearly explained the pricing for both snaking and hydro-jetting. I told him I'd call him back after checking in with our techs one more time. Five minutes later, he called me back and said he was already en route and would arrive in about 20 minutes if we still needed him--otherwise he would head back to the shop.
