Our house water pressure was up and down and all over the place lately, I figured we needed a…read morereplacement for a failed pressure regulator valve. I called Chris based on his yelp reviews and proximity to his business location. We talked on the phone and he guided me through the process of making sure it wasn't just thermal expansion at the water heater. He didn't want me to pay for a new prv if it wasn't needed. In other words, he wasn't concerned with making a buck. It turned out it was the prv and he sent Mark out the next morning with a new prv. Mark is a great guy. Very personable and he had the prv installed in no time. He also came in to check that all was good with the expansion tank on the water heater. The house water pressure is perfect and stable now. The price was fair and nothing like what it would have been with a big plumbing outfit. I highly recommend!

I feel compelled to share my experience so others don't end up in the same position. I reached out…read moreto this company for help locating a hidden leak, explaining everything in detail and even providing a video to help them understand the issue. When the technician arrived, he took a quick look, flashed a light around, and glanced under the crawl space--but never actually went in to investigate. After a few minutes, he told me he couldn't find anything and suggested a costly camera inspection. At that point, I asked him a question about our dishwasher, and he ran a wire through it, pushing out a bit of food buildup. It was a small fix, and I was grateful for the help. Then came the shock--he told me I owed him $200. I was stunned. For what amounted to a flashlight glance and a quick poke at the dishwasher, it felt incredibly excessive. I was home alone and felt pressured to pay, but I walked away from that interaction feeling completely taken advantage of. Thankfully, we contacted a second plumber who actually took the time to go into the crawl space, snake the main line, and diagnose the real issue--without charging a dime for the inspection. He gave us a fair quote, fixed the problem properly, and even installed a two-way sewer cleanout. That's the kind of service that earns long-term trust. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I want others to know: do your homework. There are honest, hardworking professionals out there. Sadly, this company wasn't one of them. Reach out to Andy at Flow Right.

Starting with the inspection, Jess took the time to figure out the path, depth and length of the line to provide a proper estimate. He went up on the roof and used a scope through a vent. Then used a sonde on the ground to collect all this info. He also went inside the crawl space. Then his crew including Justin and George, got to work. George is 71 and still gets dirty! Why? Cause he loves this stuff. I talked to him for quite a bit. Justin was equally great taking the time out his day to explain stuff to me.

The first two quotes were only going to replace the metal pipes under my house and line the inside of the pipes that run from the yard out the street (keeping the old metal pipes). But for the same price, Flow Right did a complete replacement of ALL pipes with new, non corroding ABS pipes. And not to get into the whole backstory, but there was a small request that was that was verbally agreed to that I thought they might renege on. But they kept their promise and completed the task at no extra charge as per our agreement. I appreciate their honesty and ethical behavior. I cannot express how pleased I was with their work and professionalism. The whole team was amazing. And nothing was over promised. They did exactly what they said they would for an extremely competitive price.

In June 2026 I had a plumbing issue that we thought was related to the epoxy. Perry came out right away to review and fixed both the epoxy issue (which was covered under warranty) and the kitchen / laundry issue that was a separate new issue not under warranty (Home ownership is great they said! Seriously I love my home). Anyway they snaked the drain and ran descale but it was unsuccessful due to the age and fragility of the pipes. I was home and watched them work. They busted their a**. When that didn't work they came back out and put in new ABS pipe and rerouted it to the main sewer. My kitchen and laundry were back in business with a new pipe system under warranty. This was back in June and everything has been groovy since. I have recommended them to my new neighbor who was also super impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend.

I called them after a home warranty company sent out another plumbing company that was an absolute disaster. Perry Plumbing was able to accommodate me right away, and the difference in professionalism was night and day. Within just a few minutes of arriving, Xavier diagnosed the issue with our garbage disposal and clearly explained three different repair options, with pricing, in writing. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no sales pressure or attempt to steer me toward a particular product or solution. I ultimately decided to purchase the same garbage disposal we already had and have Perry Plumbing install it. They made the entire process incredibly easy, coming back later that day for the installation after I procured it. Xavier's respect for our home also really stood out. He wore booties and even laid down a protective mat to keep our kitchen floor clean. Every detail was handled thoughtfully and professionally. I honestly don't know if they could have sent a more thorough, courteous, and conscientious person to our home. I rarely use the phrase "above and beyond," but it absolutely applies here. My husband and I have more than 40 years of combined experience working in the construction industry, so we know what professionalism and quality workmanship look like. We would not hesitate to recommend Perry Plumbing and will absolutely call them again.
