I bought a house in August 2024 and needed some plumbing work done. Perry installed a double sweep clean out and 40 feet of epoxy liner to the street. In June 2026 I had a plumbing issue that we thought was related to the epoxy. Perry came out right away to review and fixed both the epoxy issue (which was covered under warranty) and the kitchen / laundry issue that was a separate new issue not under warranty (Home ownership is great they said! Seriously I love my home). Anyway they snaked the drain and ran descale but it was unsuccessful due to the age and fragility of the pipes. I was home and watched them work. They busted their a**. When that didn't work they came back out and put in new ABS pipe and rerouted it to the main sewer. My kitchen and laundry were back in business with a new pipe system under warranty. This was back in June and everything has been groovy since. I have recommended them to my new neighbor who was also super impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend. read more

It can be nerve-wracking choosing someone to work on your home, but I can confidently recommend Perry Plumbing. I called them after a home warranty company sent out another plumbing company that was an absolute disaster. Perry Plumbing was able to accommodate me right away, and the difference in professionalism was night and day. Within just a few minutes of arriving, Xavier diagnosed the issue with our garbage disposal and clearly explained three different repair options, with pricing, in writing. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no sales pressure or attempt to steer me toward a particular product or solution. I ultimately decided to purchase the same garbage disposal we already had and have Perry Plumbing install it. They made the entire process incredibly easy, coming back later that day for the installation after I procured it. Xavier's respect for our home also really stood out. He wore booties and even laid down a protective mat to keep our kitchen floor clean. Every detail was handled thoughtfully and professionally. I honestly don't know if they could have sent a more thorough, courteous, and conscientious person to our home. I rarely use the phrase "above and beyond," but it absolutely applies here. My husband and I have more than 40 years of combined experience working in the construction industry, so we know what professionalism and quality workmanship look like. We would not hesitate to recommend Perry Plumbing and will absolutely call them again. read more

Perry Plumbing was great! We used them for lining the main sewer drain as well as some work that required excavation. When completed and put back, the landscaping looked as if nothing ever happened. Extremely impressed. Additionally, the communication and responsiveness were awesome throughout. Highly recommended! read more

We requested sink plumbing added to our outdoor kitchen. The quality of the work was outstanding and was done with care. The price was very reasonable. read more

HUNTER took the time to clear the difficult mainline pipes for the four vertical units in our condominium. A fine person. Great attitude. He explains things well, too. And Perry Plumbing is a business we have come to count on here. read more

I contacted Perry Plumbing to repair a leaking outside faucet. When the plumber arrived he told me it would take a hour and led me to believe the repair could be an involved process. He quoted me $400 and because the faucet was leaking I agreed to proceed. The plumber took 15 minutes and charged me $400. I don't mind paying a fair price for repairs but I think since the repair was so minor the price should have been adjusted. There was no consideration for the short amount of time needed to replace the faucet especially since the plumber realized how easy the repair was. I am retired and the cost of household repairs are very important to me. I should have let the faucet keep leaking and contacted other plumbers. Sandy H read more

Thank you to Xavier for coming to check on our slow drain. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected and snaked the drain. Everything seems to be working fine now. We appreciate it even though it was a small job. read more

Have used Perry Plumbing twice for problems inside my Coronado condo (built in 1987, not the high water mark for quality construction of California condos). Both times Perry Plumbing was able to quickly assess & remedy the situation in less time & for less money than I expected. Their technicians are highly skilled & very pleasant to deal with (once you get past "Dane" the company's AI chatbot...just tell "him" you want to talk to a real person!). They clearly explain the problem & your options plus leave the worksite cleaner than they found it. I cannot recommend Perry Plumbing more highly & will never call anyone else when problems inevitably arise in the future! read more

We called Perry Plumbing due to a leak on our Backflow. The technician used PVC coupling to stop the leak on the pipe. After that was repaired, the backflow itself developed a leak. Perry charged us $2,100.00 for the coupling repair and gave us a quote for the complete replacement of the backflow. The quote for the replacement was around the price of the coupling repair. We decided to get another opinion and contacted a backflow specialist. First off, you shouldn't use pvc on that point on a backflow. Copper fittings only. Homeowners are at the mercy of plumbing companies. In the end it was clear. Perry Plumbing took advantage of us and ripped us off for $2,100. Avoid this company. They are very dishonest! read more

Xavier did an awesome, expert job unclogging the drains in the restrooms by the pool in our complex. A warm and caring professional who was a pleasure to work with. read more

We had Perry out for a sink clog issue since they had done prior work on our house. They diagnosed the issue, gave us options and did the repair in a timely manner! While they absolutely gave us the quote prior to performing the repair, but it is still very expensive compared to other vendors for typical services (i.e.. unclogging drains, etc.). For regular maintenance I will likely user our other preferred vendors, but it is great knowing Perry is available and reliable when needed. read more

Perry Plumbing was recommended by my home inspection company. I called, and they quoted a main line lining of 40 feet. They showed up on time, did the work, left the home clean, send video evidence of before and after. I had Rafael as the epoxy lining technician. He did a great job for me, and I would highly recommend. read more

Brandon and Perry Plumbing were awesome! My mom needed her old cast iron sewer relined. It was completely gone in places. Brandon came out and provided the most comprehensive assessment of the three companies that provided an estimate. He also identified all the drops that others just estimated. He was also the only one to run a camera down the kitchen line. The kitchen line was in as bad or worse shape than the main sewer and Brandon included that in the quote. Perry is the company for the job! Not only was Perry's quote the most comprehensive, it also proved to be the least expensive and to have the best description of services. Also, Brandon was super nice and he moved quickly. read more

The Perry team just finished a combo relining / replacement job on old cast iron pipes in my 1955 home--relined the main out to the street, and replaced everything under the house. I decided to go with Perry after getting 8 other quotes from both smaller and bigger shops; Perry was great from start to finish. Brandon made the sales process easy and super transparent (no "manager's special / sign now!!" pressure deals), and did a full assessment with a video scope and a look under the house--more thorough than most other estimates I got. He also acted as my main client contact during the project, and was super responsive throughout. Both the replacement and relining crews were timely and professional, and amazingly wrapped up the work on a quicker timeline than expected---Jose on replacements, and Alijandro on relining. I even had a minor snafu with a mis-connected washing machine after some of the work, and the Perry team had a plumber out the same day for a fix. Pricing was competitive and Lizeth made the admin side of things easy to navigate. I've already told friends & neighbors about Perry and will call them again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended. read more

Nathan from Perry Plumbing was the only plumber out of no kidding 4 or 5 different companies to be able to fix my problem! I had something in my shower drain and no one knew what it was. Every other plumber tried to snake it out, pull it out, etc. I was even looking at needing to replace the P-trap and cut a bunch of dry wall and replace the drain from underneath. Nathan was able to pull unknown object (it ended up being a cleaning brush) out of the shower and no more problems! He was an expert and very professional and helpful. I will definitely use this company in the future with any plumbing needs! Thank you! read more

Work was done fine but pricing over the top. I don't know if I am out of touch but to change out one angle stop for toilet ( I shut water off) all plumber had to do was change it out and it was a pex pipe. $375 and after I complained reduced to $325 I just thought way over the top. This was my second service call with Perry Plumbing, and I have to say, their professionalism and expertise have earned future business. A special thanks to Miguel and David, who came to inspect my water regulator after another company claimed high water pressure caused our RO system to blow, resulting in a mini flood in our home. Miguel and David quickly uncovered the truth: the high readings came from an unregulated spigot connected directly from the city supply. They took the time to explain the correct readings, even swapping out the regulator as proof versus the inaccurate ones from the previous technician, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money and unnecessary stress. Their honesty and attention to detail are truly commendable. Thank you Perry Plumbing! read more

Price Gouging at 10x the Fair Rate - Buyer Beware I feel a strong obligation to share this experience to help protect other consumers from predatory pricing. I needed a new shower diverter cartridge for my Pfister Selia 1-Handle Tub & Shower Trim, which is covered under a lifetime warranty. I was very clear when booking the service: the technician must know how to work on Pfister fixtures. The company assured me their tech was qualified. I had already researched the job and found that a repair like this typically costs between $100 and $600. When the technician arrived, he immediately tried to convince me to abandon the Pfister valve entirely and replace it with a Moen system. I knew this was unnecessary. He then quoted me $1,750 for the job. I politely asked him to leave. His explanations for the extreme price involved claims about needing to contact Ferguson after hours for parts and other justifications that didn't add up. He couldn't explain why I couldn't simply order the parts directly from Pfister and save a significant amount of money. As a business owner and capitalist myself, I fully understand the need to make a profit, pay employees fairly, and earn a healthy return. I would have seriously considered a quote up to $700. But $1,750 -- over 10 times a reasonable rate -- combined with the hard sell and misleading advice was unacceptable. Thankfully, a reputable master plumber in my neighborhood got back to me the same day. He advised me to contact Pfister directly for the warranty replacement parts and offered to install them for just $150, estimating less than an hour of work. I reached out to Pfister, and they shipped the replacement parts the same day with no hesitation. Message to service companies: Consumers are doing their research. Stop trying to rip people off with 10x markups and unnecessary upsells. Fair pricing and honest service will earn you loyal customers -- predatory tactics will not. Highly recommend doing your homework and getting multiple opinions before hiring. Buyer beware! read more

I'm so happy with Tony from Perry Plumbing. I had a clogged tub due to a piece coming off the waste and overflow that went down the drain. I called out another company first and they quoted me $3200, they would have to break the concrete and dig 4' and then 3' to access the drain line. I then called Perry Plumbing to see what they can do. Tony came out and saved the day! He found a somewhat buried clean out that serviced that tub and he was able to clear the clog. He saved the owner thousands! Perry Plumbing will be my first call from now on. read more

My main line plugged up AGAIN on Thursday. I called Perry Plumbing as they came out on a Sunday three weeks ago. When I spoke with the operator and told her what had happened, she was very sympathetic and ensured that a technician arrived at my house within two hours. When Juan arrived, he inserted a camera down the pipe and saw a large number of roots. Due to his professionalism and sincere concern, I decided to have him excavate the area around the pipe and replace it. He started right away and was completed by noon the next day. The price they charged was reasonable, and it comes with a two-year warranty. Boy - when I saw the roots, it was surprising anything got through there! The people on the phone, Juan and Eduardo, were great. I've got them in my phone and will definitely use them again. It's great to use a local company. Thank you, Perry Plumbing! read more

My go-to plumbers. Michael worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. Didn't charge for a small fix of re-caulking a faucet, which was a nice surprise. These guys saved my butt and wallet. Had another company come in to clear the drain, they couldn't do it made it worse, even cut into the drywall and vent to get a better angle at snaking and their camera. They blamed the problem on pipes needing to be replace and corrosion. After a $20k estimate and a week of not being able to use my kitchen or washing machine I called Perry Plumbing. Toney and Logan showed up at the house within a day. They cleaned out the clog and got everything able to drain without any backup. They took video, which showed the pipes needing to be replaced at some point, but took me out of an emergency situation with poor financial decisions into a place where I could plan it out. They didn't push anything next steps but let me know of a few options. They explained everything perfectly. Made me feel at ease and turned a project that would have costed tens of thousands into an easy snake job and solid options for next steps with the ability to do it on my time. Incredible experience the entire way through from appointment, customer service for when the team will arrive, and especially the team of Toney and Logan. read more

Had a great experience with Perry Plumbing today.  We had major sewage backup in our back yard, a real emergency situation.  Brandon came out, quickly diagnosed that the cast iron from the house to the city connection was in bad shape and had root intrusion  Drains from different parts of our large house came to a large "Y" connection that needed to be replaced.   He had Efrain and Logan come out the next day, which was HUGE! They had to dig down five feet to find the Y, cut it out and install new ABS with cleanouts for easy future access.  Amazing they could complete this big job in one day, and our drains are running smoothly again.   Efrain, Logan and Brandon were polite, professional, and explained the work every step of the way.  I can't recommend them enough. As our house was built in the '50s with cast iron throughout, we've had history of clogged drains. We're having them back to do a full reline of the drains in the slab to resolve the issue permanently. read more

I had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and I live on the third floor of a condo complex. Before they could clear my drain, they had to coordinate with the tenants below me to make sure they didn't push the clog down and cause problems for them. From the office staff to the technicians the service was incredible. They did all the coordination with the other people, arranged a time to come back out and cleared the drain and insured that no one else was going have any problems. My technician was Julian and he was amazing. Professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Perry Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. read more

Isaiah came to my home, just a couple hours after I called on a Saturday afternoon and was exceptionally patient and professional as we diagnosed a difficult out of the box situation. His expertise and experience helped us save time and money and quickly get to the bottom of the matter. We had to enter one of my neighbors units to help diagnose our issue, Isaiah was so kind and respectful to this elderly lady, and went above and beyond to make sure that she was safe and comfortable and fully informed. They didn't even charge for coming out all the way out-- can't ask for better, kinder service! Thank you. read more

The job we requested was for bathroom plumbing issues and preventative lining of the main sewer line (50s cast iron). Brandon came out to provide a quote. His plan to repair the issues fit ideally into the condition of the work area and age of the pipes. We collected quotes from 4 different companies. Quotes were from 2500 (limited scope of work) to 18k. Perry Plumbing was not the highest, but around that range. Brandon was upfront with timelines and explained the process thoroughly. Brandon, Joseph, and Angel completed the interior bathroom plumbing issues. This crew arrived promptly on the first day of scheduled work. The job took a week to complete. They were here each day working full days. All were friendly, nice, hardworking guys. Rafael and crew completed the pipelining. The crew arrived at 7:30am as they had scheduled. They were focused and done by 3pm. Rafael showed me the video of the installed lining. I would hire Perry Plumbing. Interactions with their crews, sales, and office staff were solid. I'm fine to use smaller companies for easy jobs, but places like Perry's, on larger jobs, give me the peace of mind - the work will be done to code, within the specified timeframe, and carries a legitimate warranty. read more
