We ordered last night a large Luigi's Special pizza and 12 pcs wings, the lady was so nice and she said we need to wait for 45 mins. Its ok coz we're expecting its freshly hot. Well.... Its not hot, very light warm, the pizza crust is very soggy that it breaks apart as soon as you try to get it... The wings were the worst size ever... The taste were good... The size is the smallest ever and almost nothing on it... Smaller than my pinky and im 5'2"... So imagine how small it is like an inch only... My kids we're complaining, they didnt even recognize it... And the celery stalks they cut the strips into half that is why its very thin... I have a pic to show how small it is, but dont know how to post it here... The pizza is good though... I know their menus are really good... They're popular in Howell that's how i heard about it, we're new in this town... We're so disappointed !! Usually we get wonderful service as well as food but this evening had placed a bad taste in my mouth. We placed an order for pizza and when the delivery came the pizza was wrong. When we called the restaurant they tried to offer us a pie swap but the other customer had called telling them that they received the incorrect order as well. I am sorry but to offer to swap out a pie which was already opened is a HUGE health violation. I usually would over look certain things but since 2 other times they sent the wrong order as well as tried to give us an opened pie I'm done. They wouldn't even offer to make another one they tried to recant the story and say that the box was never opened by the other customer. HOW DUMB DO YOU THINK I AM??? If it wasn't opened how did the other customer know the wrong pie was sent to their home. I do not know those people nor do they know me. Don't know if they did something go my order or not. One of my favorite pizza places only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't sauté their peppers and onions before putting it on the pizza and they come out still being raw. If they simply sautéed peppers an onions before putting it on their pizza it would be perfect! read more

Pizza is delicious compared to what is around in the area. Prices are a bit high at though and although I hate to see the rating of 1 by another person, the staff can at times seem indifferent to customers. I could easily see there being an issue with one of the employees behind the counter. I go back often simply because I'm not driving to much further than I have for some good pizza. read more

The rude service is enough to ruin your appetite. They have such low life attitudes in this place. We went here once, and will never return. I'm sure I speak for many others. First of all this happened today so it's obviously recent. And I'm just going to say this place is a piece of shit we ordered over the phone and the total came out to $32 we only ordered 2 large pies and a bottle of soda. We don't think there place is to good either so the price is out of line. We were very nice on the phone an it wasn't us paying someone who was visiting offered us dinner he said there pizza isn't good and he wanted to cancel the order. We called back to cancel and the scum sucking ball twister who answered the phone hung up when we told him to cancel it. Then we called back to make sure he did cancel the order and he said, "it took you three calls to do that" and we just apologized again and he hung up right on our faces. So this stuck up bag of ass definitely is losing customers and I am going to make sure I tell all of my family and friends who order from here not to anymore because of their low quality food and poor service. And if I could I wouldn't give there restaurant any stars. So eat there at your leisure and make sure you don't have dead roaches in your pizza.... There pizza is great (whole family agrees - love the 'sweeter' sauce), their cheesesteak is very good, their meatball subs are good and their entrees are very good too. I have never had trouble with the owner or staff, but they know me pretty well in there. All in all, good food, around the corner and decent prices. read more
