I'm still not sure why. Also there was no indication that it was a Coach Outlet rather than a Coach Retail store, which I didn't figure out until I got home and read the Yelp reviews. The store was crowded with people and they had a ton of purses on display. I wanted to see a Chelsea 30 in brown suede, a bag I've been thinking about for a while, but they were sold out. I tried a similar bag but no go. I ended up buying a little Faye Shoulder Bag in the color chalk. The irritated sales associate got nicer the longer I spent in the store. The woman who rang me up was friendly and helpful. I haven't bought a Coach purse in over a decade, but I have to admit they are starting to appeal to me again.

I came in ready to…read moreexchange my new bras because I was sure the sizing was wrong, but nope...I had misadjsuted the straps and the clasp, which I had been doing for decades and had always been dissatisfied with my bras. She explained why my bras hadn't fit correctly (tightening the straps so that they dug into my skin and constantly pulled up the bra causing underboob to fall through the underwire. With this knowledge and bras that she adjusted for ready to wear (haha), my spirits and bustling are uplifted. Thank you, Maggie!

That's why I only buy when I have a coupon deal or gift cards to redeem. I had a "$50 off $100 purchase" coupon to redeem before the end of the year and chose to spend it while on a day trip to Carmel. The Carmel store currently had some construction going on outside their store, so it was difficult to find. I knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled out the page from a current catalog of the specific quilted Aruba jacket that I wanted and showed it to the sales lady. She thought she knew what I wanted but couldn't find it. She assured me that it could be ordered. I wanted to try it on first before ordering. Another sales associate, Joseph, went in search for me. He found the new Aruba jacket I wanted! I tried it on in the normal size I usually purchase (I have at least 5 of these Aruba jackets in size small.) but it was way too small. How could this be? Anyways, I tried on the medium and large sizes, but they didn't look right on me. So, I tried on the solid color Aruba in my usual size, and it fit perfectly. The slightly quilted version is sized differently. This will be a big surprise to other Aruba jacket lovers, especially if they order online... I was so grateful that Joseph went the extra mile for me to find what I wanted, and for his patience as I kept trying on different sizes and colors. I eventually decided on purchasing the Aruba in a new color rather than the quilted version which had to be ordered. We also found some oil diffusers and oil on sale! They didn't register on sale at the register, so Joseph overrode the price to accommodate us! Great customer service from Joseph! Thank you!!!

When we got to the store, there was a nice arrangement of shoes in a well-organized and clean looking store. We measured my son's foot and it was just in between kids sizes and adult sizes so they were a little hard to find on our own. The associate Kai helped us out. He pulled out some Saucony shoes, two kinds and two sizes for us to try. they don't have half size so we tried another brand. We finally chose the right pair of Nikes. Kai was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. My son loved the shoes. I liked the price. Kai rang us up and put us into the reward program.
