I have been wanting to try the pizza for over a year and finally I did. I walked in and the owner Will was super friendly and asked me my name. He asked me what I liked and I said cheese. I do like pepperoni and sausage but sometimes they are salty for me. Will suggested I get two slices of cheese and a drink and I said that sounds good. He also let me try the gelato and the caramel gelato was really good. I didn't get gelato this time but I will in my next visit. The pizza was crispy and thin and not salty. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage personal pizza and a pepperoni and cheese personal pizza. The toppings were plentiful. The pepperoni got a little greasy (little grease cups as I call them) but that's what makes it taste better, in my humble opinion. The amount of sauce was just right. I'm not a huge fan of red sauce (the horror, I know) but the sauce was very good. The crust was great. It was crispy on the edges, but soft and fluffy on the inside. Their pizzas range from $10 - $15 depending on what you want on them and what they're offering. Overall, the pizzas were delicious. I would certainly order from them again.

The good berry salad was so incredible. The goat cheese, cranberries, and corn were so perfect, I added grilled chicken- and it was so flavorful- not dry and not chewy. I can tell it's high quality. And I'm so beyond full and happy. My son crushed the cheese pizza. My husband (who said he didn't want anything) happily ate the chicken sandwich. I love how easy it was to remove or add anything online. My husband doesn't love mushrooms or mayo- and it was so easy to remove them. And the kitchen got the order perfect. The restaurant itself was so clean and well run. I honestly wish this place was closer to our house because I would order from here more often .... And I might if I can get it delivered somehow. Eek.

Remember, you can always BYOB. We were thrilled with their offerings. We all started off with Caesar Salads, which were very fresh and crisp with just the right amount of dressing. My husband and I had the Chicken Francese over penne pasta. Our friends had the Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Marsala also over penne pasta. The portions were very generous. All of our meals were freshly prepared and beyond delicious. Christian, our server, took excellent care of us. We were very satisfied, so we took our desserts home to enjoy later. We all had a delightful evening at Tre Fratelli.

Also ordered a Caesar salad which unfortunately did not come (again, the delivery had other issues so I don't think it was the fault of the restaurant). My bf loved the cheese ravioli. He thought the filling was tasty and enjoyed the sauce. Their red sauce is a more chunky sauce with onions which I did not taste because I'm not a fan, but he would get it again. I'm still looking for a smooth sauce for some chicken parm, but no worries since the menu here has plenty of different sauce options! I enjoyed the chicken francese. The chicken was very tender and it was a generous portion. I felt it could have used a bit more flavor, but the sauce was a nice consistency and the linguine was cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the complimentary rolls that came with the meal. Overall, I enjoyed this spot and will try more items in the future!

The exterior is a bit unassuming; you'd never guess they had such good eats here just looking at the place, but walk through that door and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Staff here are pretty friendly and welcoming. I can appreciate being greeted as soon as I'm noticed. Driving down York Road one day I decided let me finally make a pit stop into Baltoz. An open space counter to see some of the magic in the kitchen, no frills to the restaurant, but a warm and inviting atmosphere for hanging out and enjoying a delicious pizza for dinner. All of the baked goods displayed on the counter entice you to indulge in a sweet treat before ordering a pizza. My first visit I just settled on some cookies and a jalapeno cheddar bagel, since I was on my way elsewhere for dinner. But let me tell you how the chocolate chip cookie instantly became one of my favorite bakery cookies. And the bagel was decadent for my morning breakfast, covered in cheddar cheese with those crispy edges that bake at the base of the bagel. On my second visit I settled on their corn pizza since it was a different flavor combination, and it tasted like a slice of summer. Corn, basil, and ricotta, and you can't go wrong. And the staff has always been really pleasant with each visit. I'm a sucker for baked goods and a wood-fire pizza and I can say Baltoz has stolen my heart. I'm looking forward to trying more of their rotational baked items. And I know for certain their pepperoni pizza has to be a showstopper.
