They really do care that they get each order right. Powerful subs and awesome fries. I think this place is hidden gem.

We shared the cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious, and I ordered the falafel sandwich while my husband enjoyed the grilled chicken kebab. Everything was well-priced and came out quickly, even during the busy lunch rush. The staff were friendly, and I really loved the community-driven mission behind the restaurant, it made the whole experience feel even more special. Parking can be a little tricky, but it's manageable and well worth it. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Baltimore!

I had dinner with a friend at Mera Kitchen Collective a week or so ago and had a pretty nice meal…read more The cafe is beautiful - bright, colorful, with a front window filled with plants, and I love the international menu. According to their menu, "We are proudly building a worker-cooperative serving story-worthy food from around the world." There were certainly dishes from around the world, and the menu is very flexible for a variety of diners (dishes are marked as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free). My friend and I shared the crispy cauliflower and tahini, which was well-fried and delicious. I also appreciated their drink offerings. My friend and I had and enjoyed a couple of glasses of Lebanese Sauvignon Blanc (from Mersel Wine). I had the Farmers Market Za'atar Salad (cucumber, shaved beet, fennel, pomegranate, pickled jalapeno, mint, fried pita, baby greens, and za'atar yogurt dressing), to which I added falafel. Unfortunately, I found the salad to be quite dry (not dressed enough and then the falafel and the pita crisps just compounded that) and served in a dish that made it quite hard to eat without spilling half the salad on the table. The service was friendly but perhaps not very attentive. I got up to ask our server for the check after waiting for a bit of time for her to make her way to us. I wasn't wowed by the food, but I love Mera's concept and their space. I'd be happy to give it another chance to wow me. I'd also be happy to return for mezze/small plates and wine.

It felt like stepping into another world. The Food: I was impressed. I got the fish burger and the flavors are bold and very delicious. I did add extra pickles in mine. I also got the fries and those were delicious and crispy. The Service: Because it was a bit slower, the service was incredibly fast and the staff was super attentive and friendly. The Verdict: If you want to enjoy their awesome menu without the late-night crowd, definitely try a weekday visit. I'll definitely be back!

Though there are no windows and the walls are lined with tables. We were making jokes the entire time about the beautiful scenery. (A fake window across the wall).. the giant encased heart decoration was...Interesting..? It was lunchtime. We were kind of expecting a small crowd, but we were the only people in the entire restaurant. There is no fountain drinks, only canned soda. There's no waitress. You take your order on the kiosk and then pay and sit and wait. There's no utensils given. Everything is self served We actually came for burgers, but the seafood boil caught my eye because two meat options were only around $40 .really kind of seemed like a good deal. The cheeseburger was a little bit underwhelming. boyfriend didn't even want to eat it because it "wasn't worth the calories." The chicken sandwich on the other hand got devoured. My crab boil. Devoured. We also got some fries and mozzarella sticks. I definitely rate this place a solid 7.3/10 All of the food aside from the burger was actually amazing and I would definitely go for the seafood boil alone. that lady in the kitchen knows what she's doing back there. The mozzarella sticks were really good highly recommend. For the crab boil, the crab clusters i received were big and juicy full of meat! Even without getting sides, you still get corn and potatoes. I got broccoli with mine and it was really delicious. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra to get the metal utensils to crack them open. I used the plastic fork provided at the utensil counter and my hands and I was able to get the meat out perfectly fine with very minimal struggle. Ask for the service it was OK. not very friendly. The girl at the front desk was on her phone on FaceTime the entire time that we were there and kind of seemed annoyed like we were bothering her whenever we asked questions or want drinks, dessert, etc..She was even like spraying the table and cleaning the counters with one hand holding the other hand up on FaceTime. My recommendation for this place would definitely be and a fountain drink machine possibly have a hostess seat guests ,Bring a roll of utinsils and do refills. I feel like that's really big for people if you're going inside to enjoy a meal to sit down. Also maybe smile or sum idk

Such a cute spot located in fells point that serves caviar, fried chicken and champagne…read more Before I get into the food, shoutout to Colin, our waiter. He was great and so attentive during our entire visit. Overall, a shoutout to the whole team! I bought a shirt and the gentlemen (I did not get his name) was so helpful and was so kind even though he had to walk upstairs to check their stock for my size! For food, where do I begin? We ordered majority of their shared plates rather than the mains. The hashbrowns were probably my favorite! The outer layer was so crunchy and paired beautifully with the crème fraiche and the caviar. I will say personally, the caviar choice of using salmon is not my personal favorite and would have rather paired the paddlefish caviar (which comes with the champagne shot). The saltiness from the paddlefish would pair better with the hashbrowns since I did think it was under seasoned. The deviled eggs were also delicious and I would recommend the one with the pimento cheese! For drinks, I would highly recommend the cotton candy spritz! It looks so fun and love how it changes the color of the drink when you melt the candy inside. The fried chicken, their main attraction was good but definitely on the pricier side of $42 for the entire chicken. That said, it was delicious, nice crunch and seasoning. If you opt for the sauce, I do recommend the gochujang bbq. The flavor is well balanced, not too sweet or spicy and paired beautifully with the fried chicken. The chicken does also come with a side of biscuits and it was mildly addicting with the honey butter that it came with!
