Ive had this pizza previously and it was toasted and not doughy. There was very little cheese. The pizza disappointed. I originally heard about this spot from Barstool Pizza and, even though I was about an hour away at the time, I decided it was worth the trip. I'm really glad I did. I ordered the Mushroom and Olive pizza, and honestly, it was so good I almost finished the entire large by myself. The flavors were incredible, the crust was just right, and you can really taste the quality and care that goes into every bite. If you're ever anywhere near Baltimore, this place is an absolute must-try. I love supporting small, family-owned businesses like this, and Tiny Brick Oven truly deserves the recognition. I'm not a huge fan of red sauce (the horror, I know) but the sauce was very good. The crust was great. It was crispy on the edges, but soft and fluffy on the inside. I could have had it as a meal. It had a generous amount of plums, barrata and prosciutto. The pizza had a perfect hand tossed crust. The toppings were also great. I should have asked for some red pepper flakes but that was my fault. The Frito misto was not my favorite. The breading seemed fresh which is good. I liked the shrimp better than the calamari. We didn't get to try dessert because we were about to explode. I can't wait to go back and explore more on the menu.
