Another good place over on the east side of Ephrata is the Ephrata Asian Bistro (in the Giant shopping center). They're more set up for eat-ins. Their food is quite good, too. You can eat your food "in" at China Moon but it's much less fancy than the Ephrata Asian Bistro. I never eat "in" at China Moon. I figure the poor lady has enough on her hands with telephone orders, packaging everything up and then payments (except for online orders - you pay when you order), that she doesn't need the extra burden of cleaning up tables.
