My kids wanted to bowl and play some games. The old Bowlero is now a Lucky strike. Much livelier than before. Spent $32 to play a few games. Got cool prices. For 3 people we paid $60 for bowling and shoes for one game. A little pricey and that's not including the pressure of leaving a tip. Upon bowling we requested they setup the bumpers in our lane but they never showed up. So many gutter balls lol oh well. We did enjoy the pizza and my kids were happy and that's all that counts.

Don't bring your cake here for a birthday , they won't put it in the freezer and it will melt by the time you get it for cutting!

Brought a cake for them to put in freezer by the time we got it out for cutting it was melted. They obviously forgot to put it in or they put it in the refrigerator not the freezer either way they lied to a saying they put it in the freezer.!!

For the love of bowling, I dedicate my 2,100th Yelp review to the amazing sport of bowling. Bowling…read moreis a wonderful pastime for everyone of all ages. I started bowling recreationally in my early youth. I picked it back up in my early 20's for league play. Now in my later years, I'm back in bowling socially. My bowling journey has been amazing. I have met wonderful people along the way. It has brought me so much joy and fun. One fine day I may return back to league play. Now let's talk about how I came to know of Pin Point Bowling Concepts (PPBC) located inside Bowlero Montebello... I recently started bowling at the Alhambra Valley Bowl. I wanted to either get a new bowling ball or have my 30+ year old bowling ball refitted. I inquired with Joe who works there if he knows of any good bowling pro shop. He recommended Roger who is the owner of PPBC. Thank you Joe for the great recommend! I arrived here an hour before closing time on a weekday. Parking was easy. They are located to the right of the arcade. Just walk through the small hallway and open the door. Btw, you cannot enter the shop from the outside even though there is a door there. Please enter shop from inside the bowling alley. Shop was cozy, comfortable, clean, and organized. Upon entry, Roger and Jairo gave me a wonderful and warm welcome. Both were super friendly and nice. Thank you! Roger is very knowledgeable. He is an expert in anything bowling from A to Z. He said my bowling ball is still in good condition and since I'm only bowling socially at this time, I should just get it refitted. He took the time and patience to explain why a refit was necessary after so many years. He also shared with me some tips on cleaning and fixing my bowling shoes. Thank you Roger for your insightful expertise and super helpful tips! He got my measurements for span and pitch that day. Price to refit was very reasonable. My bowling ball was ready for pick-up in 3 days. On pick-up day, my eyes widened with sparkle when I saw my shiny bowling ball as if it was brand new. Cool! Roger made sure my thumb inserts fit perfectly not too tight and not too loose. My thumb hole was slightly loose so he added some tape. I've never bowled with tape in my thumb hole so it was something new to try. I also bought a cute shirt and shoe covers to support PPBC. Thanks Roger for your excellent service and the extra attention & care! I appreciate you. To all new and seasoned bowlers, if you're looking to start your bowling journey for the very first time or you need some fresh new gear and/or helpful tips and ideas to improve on your bowling game, Roger and Jairo are here to help you with your bowling needs. They are your amazing bowling professionals! I highly recommend PPBC for their top notch owner and staff, above and beyond service and care, great variety of equipment + supplies, and reasonable prices. I know I will be back for my and both my daughters future bowling needs. I will be recommending Roger to my family and friends, too. So what are you waiting for? Come on out and support your neighborhood PPBC pro shop at Bowlero Montebello! Happy bowling and have fun!!

I grew up in Japan and I've been going to R1 since 2005〜 Machines are pretty frequently updated here and it's maintained somewhat good. Time to time there are some rhythm games that has faulty censor, but I'm sure it will improve in the future as I've seen this place improve as a whole. One of the downsides for me is Spotcha, as a lot of their "sports" games/machines tends to be faulty and the last 3 times I went, the batting cage especially tends to not be working, but still letting people in. If it needs maintenance, I think people will understand if they put a barricade or a sign that says "under maintenance" rather than just leaving it open and people will just go home disappointed. Keep the actually working ones open, and close/put up a sign might help with maintaining customer satisfaction level. I think they're doing a great job with brining in colab's though!

The have 2 lines. The line by the lockers are for the bowling, billiards, etc. The line closer to the food is for arcade and the crane machines. I specifically came for the arcade games. They have 2 options, one to get a physical card for $2 or digital for $5. For the credits to play, if you pay an higher amount there would be bonus credits. The recommended option for the physical card is load $55 for 300 credits that includes a $20 bonus. There's a variety of arcade games from shooting hoops, table hockey, DDR, instrument playing, and mario cart. They have a machine outside the prize room for you to check how many tickets you have. The prize room has a variety of small and large prizes. Overall a good place for entertainment.

This place is great, and the ambiance is fantastic during cosmic bowling. Their food area is a bit larger than the Norwalk one, and they serve a good variety of food. Their website makes it easy to reserve a lane, and the prices are reasonable. Tonight, we ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, and fries, along with a few pitchers of beer. The bar area is spacious, and their jukebox, which we can control via the app, helps set the mood for the night. We will definitely be returning and possibly joining a league.

Del Rio Lanes located in a plaza shared with a couple other businesses but occupying half of the strip mall. There are plenty of parking in the front and back area of the building. The signage is clearly marked and easily visible from the main streets. The venue has modern features (display boards), food kitchen with cafeteria seatings, and over 24+ lanes to support kid-friendly (birthday parties) or other group events.  The staff are nice -- quickly took our reservations, lane assignments and provided us our shoes. The music is audible without overwhelming the crowd which is nice. The lanes are clean.

It was a busy night apparently, but the lane next to us was empty for the duration of the time we were there. Interesting, but whatever. My cousin, who competes in local competitions, said the lanes are kind of whack as the pins go down a bit too easily and reward the crappier players. Not sure what he meant by that, but I did bowl better than my usual average of 65. Prices are decent and we took advantage of the 3-game special where the third game is half-off. Balls are in pretty decent shape and they have small to X large for everyone. Pro tip: there's a pretty good bar in here, sort of a hidden spot for locals here. If the usual popular sports bars are too crowded when a big game is on, I usually just come here. Lots of beer on tap, the screens are pretty large, and their burgers and fries are pretty good. Their cocktails are pretty solid as well. Happy rolling!

They only allowed us to reschedule. While we ultimately were able to reschedule, the lack of flexibility made for a very poor experience. The experience itself was just okay, but what really stood out was the inappropriate music videos playing on most of the screens. We had young children in our group, and the content was just bad - made me very uncomfortable being there. This is supposed to be a family-friendly place, not a nightclub. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Overall, Bowlero left a bad taste.

The wait was about an hour and a half, but since I called ahead, it didn't feel long at all by the time I got there. I did end up arriving about 15 minutes late, but after calling to let them know I was on the way, they were nice enough to still hold our lanes for us -- which I really appreciated. Despite some of the other reviews I've seen about service, I personally had a great experience. Our server was super helpful and everything we ordered came out in a timely manner. The only downside was the restrooms, which were a little dirty and could definitely use more upkeep. That was really the only thing that stood out in a negative way. We played two games and had a lot of fun, but I will say... bowling is definitely more expensive than I remember Overall, a fun spot for a last-minute celebration and I'd come back again!

Well we couldn't enjoy our game because the pins kept getting stuck. Happened around 3 times. And every time we called someone to fix it, we would wait about 15 min. I finally got fed up, complained to the female manager with light brown hair and she apologized and gifted us a card and said the next game was on them. Today I decided to bring my daughter bowling for girls day, and remembered I had the gift card that had a free game. So I went to the desk to use it, and the cashier stayed it was an arcade card. I explained that the manager gifted us that card due to us not enjoying our game and malfunctioning all night. Manager came out and swiped the card and said there was no balance in the card. I explained that it was given to us and wasn't used. She stated it was an arcade card and it had 5$ credit and was used on a Photo Booth. I felt humiliated and upset that I was given a used card. My daughter was more embarrassed and just wanted to go home. Please work on communication and clarification when resolving complaints from customers that pay for lanes and they don't work!!
