What I loved was that he spoke with me throughout the session. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and why it was going to help. My focal point was my upper body. Neck, traps, head it was all tense. He literally went knot by knot releasing tension. Asking me my pain level every step of the way. It hurt I won't lie, but it was a good hurt. What this session made me realize was that our bodies are like cars. We get it brand new off the lot, and as time progresses our tires get bald, our alignment gets thrown off, we need recalibration, etc. One thing that he said is that this tension is not new, it's not months old, this tension has accumulated since birth, and that hit so deep!
