After looking at a few places in the area, Relax Station 2 stood out to me and I'm glad I gave it a try! Sarah at the front was very welcoming and got me situated right away. My massage therapist, Nancy, was amazing! I asked for a 60 minute deep tissue/swedish massage, and she took her time, found the knots right away, and made sure the pressure was comfortable throughout the session. You can tell she's very professional and genuinely takes her time with her clients. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and Nancy even had water waiting for me afterward. If you're in the Elk Grove area and looking for a massage, I definitely recommend asking for Nancy. She's very nice, sweet, and will take good care of you! I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Thank you Sarah and Nancy!

I've been coming here for over 5 years and usually have a great experience, but my last 2 visits…read morehave been major disappointments. I always request a back-only massage because of knots from sitting at a desk all day, and I repeated that request when I arrived. The receptionist told me an hour was "too long" for my back, despite my explaining that this is what works for me. The therapist then did almost everything except focus on my back. I tried several times to communicate, but they did not know a word of English. At one point, they rushed out of the room, and the massage later felt as though someone else had returned. I eventually asked for it to stop, it was a total waste of time. I left more stressed than when I arrived. When I explained my concerns while paying, the receptionist again said an hour on my back was "not good for me." As a longtime customer, I should be able to decide what area I want treated, especially after clearly communicating my needs. Unreal!

Their new location is fantastic, much bigger, beautifully set up, and it even feels like the massage chairs got a upgrade. The couples room was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. I had Trinity, who is truly gifted. I had seen her about six weeks prior for a hot stone massage and was blown away, and she delivered that same magic again this time. She paid special attention to my problem areas and finished with an incredible scalp massage that left me completely relaxed. My husband had Kenyea. He doesn't get massages nearly as often as he should, but Kenyea blew him away! He told me afterward that it was easily the best massage he's ever had in his life. Thank you so much, Trinity and Kenyea, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be booking our next appointment soon!

I think it's been probably at least 3 or 4 years now that I've been coming to Laguna healing massage. Times are harder than usual as the economy is really bad, with purchasing power being super low. But I am thankful for this place. What started as someone working a physical job standing 10+ hours a day, desperately needing relief - that's no more. I do very different work now, but I also live an active life and am a major proponent of good health especially physical health. So I am thankful for Laguna healing massage for helping play that part in physical health maintenance.

We were both pretty sore from a hike the day before and two hours of pickleball earlier that day, so an Asian reflexology massage sounded like the perfect way to work out the knots. We called ahead, and they were able to fit us in right away. We arrived about 15 minutes later and chose the 90 minute massage for $75, which included a 30 minute foot massage followed by a 60 minute massage in a private room. My massage therapist, Fion, did an excellent job finding the areas where I was holding the most tension. She focused on my shoulders, lower back, calves, and the area between my shoulder blades, using just the right amount of pressure to help relieve the tightness. Overall, I had a great experience. If you are dealing with sore muscles or tension in certain areas of your body, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Note that the name recently changed to TouDauTang Spa.

The massage was more rubbing with occasional pressure when requested only....but not strong and or firm, which is what I generally like. I'm giving credit that it was just an ehh massage, not super great not super bad. When it came time to check out was when I was taken aback though...first they are trying to charge $3 fee for using card, when they actually aren't even suppose to, especially if you're using debit card here in the state of CA . So I paid cash instead...so the front desk lady was like ok great...and all I had was a $10 for tip...but she was like oh don't have more..you don't want to give more tip? I was like that's all I have...she's like well I'll charge an additional $10 on the card machine w/o a $3 fee are you ok with that....and actually I told her no...that's all I had...i would've given them $10 each but after she request more tip...I'm like ugh...NEVER COMING back! You're only getting more if it was an AWESOME massage and the massage actually hits all my aches and pain, but in this case IT DID NOT...just be happy I was even willing to give $5. PLEASE DO NOT ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR MORE TIP, it's rude! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE TIP. It's not a law! If they are even giving tip and that's all they want to give just accept it!!!

I ended up going to the relaxation station on July 10th a little late afternoon around 3:00 p.m…read more I had seen different reviews about how there was a specific masseuse named Paul who gave really good deep tissue massages and I was in desperate need of one. So I ended up booking a one-hour massage and I was so grateful that I did. I'll start off with the Ambiance of the place. Walking in you're greeted with very tranquil spa style music. The waiting room is clean, multiple areas to sit down, and they have even a little fridge where clients can take one beverage for themselves after the massage. When the reception called Paul he picks me up within like 4 minutes to go to the back so that we could start the massage. The one thing I appreciate with any masseuse is when they really do listen to the type of pressure you need and again I had read online that Paul had strong pressure and gave a really good deep tissue massage and he did. He asked me multiple times throughout the session if the pressure was good at one point I told him he could go harder because I needed a not release from my shoulder and once I gave him the okay he went for it and I could feel the not trying to break as he put the pressure on my shoulder. Again I am super grateful that I found this place I will also say that actually went last week on August 20th to visit Paul again because that's how much I liked the session. I told myself that the next one I do would be a 90 minute massage because I definitely want to have more time spent on my back area I just carry most of my tension there so to just get a full like 60 minutes just on the back would be amazing and then 30 minutes for calves and feet is totally fine. Also the price is great for the service being provided and I do recommend if you can leave a cash chip it's just nicer to give that to them after your massage is done. Credit cards are accepted for payment of the full service though.

My appointment started about 5 minutes late, and after being seated I was asked to soak my feet. I was told it would be about a minute, but according to the timer it ended up being a little over 8 minutes with no other service happening during that time. At other places I've been to, the foot soak is usually paired with a scalp or face massage, so this felt like lost time -- especially since I had arrived early to use the restroom so we could start on time. The foot massage itself was actually uncomfortable. The therapist wore gloves, which I've come to expect, but instead of massage oil they used Vaseline. I've never had that used before, and it created a lot of friction rather than glide, which made the massage feel rough instead of relaxing. Afterward I was moved to the table for the upper body portion. I've had similar services elsewhere that include neck, shoulders, and even face work, but none of those areas were addressed here. The paper covering where you place your face was also very scratchy, to the point I had to rest my face on my hands to stay comfortable. Overall, this just wasn't a relaxing experience for me, and I won't be returning. I'll be sticking with my usual place going forward.

I did have a health concern. I noticed they were using a tub of Vaseline and scooping it out with their hands (even though they were wearing gloves). Overall, good massage, but the hygiene detail made me hesitate.
