Kept bogging down like it wasn't getting gas to the engine or pressure was low to the engine. It finally just completely stopped on me June 2023. I took it in to a shop recently. Thought it was a bad full pump. But after two different opinions from different shops. I was told I had to get a new engine. Micheal Robert seems like a nice genuine guy. But he is a crook. $7000.00 to get a used engine put in. Truck didn't even last a year. If I could give 0 stars I would as would not buy from this dealership. They have no knowledge on there vehicles. My loss because I know they don't care. Once it leaves the lit it's your problem. That's all I see this place giving anybody.

5 stars -- a completely different car-buying experience!…read more We had a truly unique experience at Frontier today. From the moment we walked in, everyone was professional, friendly, polite, and refreshingly straightforward. They cut through the typical back-and-forth negotiations and were very upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, including with the Carfax and vehicle history. This was our first time at Frontier, but after talking with other customers who had purchased there multiple times, I can see why people come back. We definitely will too. Woody, our salesman, was fantastic, and Todd, his manager, and Brian, the finance manager, were equally great to work with. The entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful process easy and enjoyable. We can't say enough good things about our experience. We'll absolutely be back and would recommend Frontier to anyone looking for an honest, transparent, no-games car-buying experience. Joan & Geo from Destin

Don't trust frontier motors of Pensacola especially the salesman Ron…read more We were shopping for cars in Florida even though we are from the northeast because we wanted to get a car that was not rusty. So, we put a lot of trust in Ron to help us pick the right vehicle. We were particularly concerned with whether the car sustained any mechanical damage from the front and fender bender that it was in. He repeatedly reassured us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the engine and that it was merely bodywork. Hundreds of miles and dollars later, we arrived at frontier motors and within the first few minutes of our test drive found paperwork showing that the car had had the transmission replaced, and that mechanical damage was sustained during the accident. When we confronted Ron about this, he threw a childish tantrum. We talked to the manager, and he was unwilling to admit his wrong or to make it right for tricking us into traveling hundreds of miles for a dud car. These people are scammers even though they pretend that they are good business people. Don't trust them.

I really appreciated their willingness to put the customer first and get me into the car I was set on. They aren't like most dealers who hassle you either. They let you be when you're shopping, but help you out as needed at the same time. I've referred friends and family to them repeatedly and not one person complained. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in or near Pensacola, Florida.
