I have a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. Great car. At 50k miles it had, all at once, multiple electrical…read moreproblems. Since Feb. 2025 it has not worked right. I am a car guy. I had no ideas. Nothing worked. I have had it to at least 9 shops in 3 states, and it was never repaired right. I took it to Commerce Automotive. I told them that I had already spent more than $8k to try and fix it. They had already fixed my Silverado, and did a great job when I was here on vacation - now I live here. I told them that this was a "Hail Mary." If they couldn't fix it, I was going to junk the car - with 50k miles. They went to work. It wasn't easy. They were diligent. We ended up discovering that Chevrolet, across product lines, has a reoccurring problem with a wire that goes from the transmission to the shift lever. It is damaged most possibly by drinks in the cup holder of the car! Chevy knows, but they still have this problem with cars to even 2025 - never corrected it. The electronic diagnostic system doesn't recognize it, but directs you to a huge laundry list of other things. The part is $19. It is stocked in multiples at Chevy dealers, seemingly to indicate it's a reoccurring issue. If you aren't a Chevy dealer, you don't get to know about the problem. The car is fixed. I've put a bunch of miles on the car to make sure of the repair before I did this review. Runs excellent again. I knew they could do it! Commerce never gave up! Nicole, Louis, and the team are FANTASTIC! Commerce is the BEST!

LIFE SAVER!!! While on our way to New Orleans my car shut down while on I 10.... I floated the car…read moredown the off ramp and into a used car lot (Yeah I had the cruise control at 90mph). I was referred to them by the staff of the used car lot and while waiting on AAA towing I spoke to their secretary who after lunch sent the owner and another tech out to my location. After being towed to their place I was told I needed a new fuel pump. They pulled up the schematic for my car, ordered and picked up the part, replaced the part and topped off all of my fluids all in about 45 mins. The price was cool and the staff nice & accommodating. We were fixed and on the road in 45 mins. I'm thankful for all involved in making this minor inconvenience.... smooth. Made it to New Orleans a few hours later and had of weekend of food and debauchery.

They also took care of a recall and fixed a problem that I was having trouble taking care of with the information system on the pickup. They cared, listened, performed perfectly, and I was in and out quickly. Received a multiple check sheet, which gives me peace of mind about the vehicle's condition. It was easy to see, but their diagnostic machine could not find it due to a different issue. The light bulb socket had developed a short. They did not have the part in stock so it required a second visit. On the plus side, they did find and fix a burnt out rear turn signal. Total time the first visit 3 hours. The second visit required 45 minutes. Please be advised, the office clerk on duty needed more training. He had a very hard time getting the system to process my service required and bill me for the part and time. Total cost $230. Quit high for two lights

Thought it was a bad full pump. But after two different opinions from different shops. I was told I had to get a new engine. Micheal Robert seems like a nice genuine guy. But he is a crook. $7000.00 to get a used engine put in. Truck didn't even last a year. If I could give 0 stars I would as would not buy from this dealership. They have no knowledge on there vehicles. My loss because I know they don't care. Once it leaves the lit it's your problem. That's all I see this place giving anybody.

It's like new and even though I only asked for interior, Manny saw I had some mud that cemented on and took it upon himself to clean it up...then since he was already there he gave the outside a quick wash for me free of charge. I haven't seen this level of service ever, and there's a reason they have repeat customers. Great attitudes, hard working, and the end result is great looking vehicles with happy customers.
