I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! Free dryers on the bottom row!! (That makes up for the pricey washes ). Thank you very much Laundromat of Downey! So clean and convenient!! So easy!! But the reason is the lady that works here is always rude to me she's mean and I let it go but this time she accused me of braking a glass window from the washer machine i told her " wait a minute no I did not and said yes you did this wasn't here before and honestly I told her I don't need to lie about this idk what she was doing during her shift that she never noticed it there was no signs not to use it . I had enough with this lady I told her I don't wanna argue with you. Please call the owners I don't want you to make up a lie that I did this when I know I did not . She refused to give me their number and refused to call. She said I'm gonna report it and I told her call them so they can check the cameras because I know I did not do this unless she already knew about it and she needed someone to accuse. I heard her talking to ppl about what happened and I went up and told her your mean and rude and you have a nasty attitude:/ idk but honestly she probably thought I'm a teenager or in my 20! Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

The staff at this location washes the water tanks for those complaining that's it's dirty I'm sure you have smell in other laundromats recycle stinky water well this is the reason why and that's why this location washes those tanks to avoid that smell. For those complaining about burns or stains I think that is you not using the correct product. Before you use the machine you can pre wash the machine and then load your clothes. If you think it's expensive then you might not appreciate quality.

Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. There was also a problem area on the sleeve that looked like the previous dry cleaners over treated. Dalla's was able to get that squared away also. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. I came here to have a few alterations and patches sewn on a uniform. Alterations had strings…read morehanging all over the place and I had to come back because the patches were sewn on crooked. They have a 1 week policy if there is any issues. I went back to have the patches sewn on straight and have an additional patch sewn on. They did not use the spacing I asked for, there was colored thread coming out of each patch. Patches were crooked again and they missed a whole side of a patch. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.
