Often, you will find sales online or in-person so you can get creative with your spending. I want to commend the managers and employees at Lucky Brand. Every time I walk in, I am greeted and welcomed in-store. A phenomenal attitude especially in customer service goes above and beyond. In terms of prices, you can find clothing ranging from $10-$300. Terrible service from Aimee and, unfortunately, someone who I believe is her manager, who seems to support her poor attitude. I will never shop at Lucky Brand again. I hope Aimee finds a job that doesn't require interacting with customers, as it's clear she has no interest in doing so. I think everyone should know that the "lucky brand" is an absolute scam !!! We bought 2 pairs of jeans at the topanga mall (los angeles) while in town for a few days, we were hustled into buying two pairs even though we were hesitant due to the event we were going to and the dress code not being up to us. The next day we go to return the items, because they were both too big (either too long, waist size was wrong or color not accepted) and the woman "manager" told us that the only returns they do is for store credit or an exchange, and accused of of "stretching" them out. They didn't have our sizes in store and so we wanted the refund to our original card so we can purchase another pairs in the future online. She refused to do the return so we took our items and left. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. She was finally able to contact the store near where we live after two weeks and confirmed WITH the manager at the Arden mall (Sacramento) that we will be in to return the items. She called us four days ago to confirm accepting the return EXACTLY HOW IT SAYS ON THE RECEIPT , which is to the original firm of payment. We go today to the Arden location and Regis tried to give us the same excuse that we can only give store credit or exchange. I told him that we already contacted customer service and they spoke to the manager at this location and she said we can. He denied, and said that the manager said YESTERDAY that they can only do exchanges or store credit, so I called customer service. Alejandra L. , the woman I spoke with on the phone and e-mail was very helpful. Liz, the supervisor, I spoke to on the phone today was very helpful & she spoke to Regis and told him to give me my refund to the card I used and he did! It just blows my mind that it took damn near two weeks to get this finally resolved and it took over 5 people to make one return!! I would never buy from this store ever again due to this experience and I think it's something to consider before making such a big purchase like these $100+ jeans!!! read more

Everything at least 30% off. Clearance 50% off. The store is well laid out. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The staff was helpful and friendly. They got me the correct size and offered suggestions. I found a sweater and top. I almost bought jeans, but I couldn't decide which one to get. Egle is the embodiment of stellar customer care--emphasis on *care*. I had a minor issue with a Lucky Brand cardigan and swung by their store at Arden Fair yesterday. The second I indicated I was there with a problem the store associate dropped everything and gave me her undivided attention. I worked a fair amount in customer service myself; I can tell when someone is really paying attention. Egle was listening to me the way a friend listens when you need help. Horrible Customer Service! Do Not Shop Here! The manger of the store accused me of stealing jeans when I was just making a return. I had the original receipt. Before she ACCUSED ME of shoplifting, I explained I did not like the "wash" and design of the pants. She then told me "You can't return pants after you wash them." How stupid do you have to be to work in a Denim store and not know the difference between the wash (a.k.a Denim color) and actually washing of cloths. She also ACCUSED ME of cutting the censer out of the pants. I obviously did not but when I bought the pants they had a makeshift tag put on them by some other lazy employee (which means) the pants were previously returned and accepted with the censor cut out. I needed jeans for work, read the reviews from lucky, saying their customer service sucked, go to Nordstroms. So I did, I guess I lookrd too poor, their people totally ignored me, not only that but they looked at me like I was from the street! My sister recommended lucky jeans because of my size they would probably fit me... As soon as I walked in Zeek, with a big smile on his face greeted me. I told him my situation, and he totally found exactly what I wanted! Over $400 later I got exactly what I wanted!! Not super impressed with their return policy....I drove, what is generally 30 minutes, to the local mall to make a return. Apparently there is a 30 day return for full refund, I was 5 days over. That's my fault, should have paid more attention but I don't get to the mall very often cause of the distance. I asked if I could get store credit and was told that they were all out of cards, needed to order more. I asked what I should do because I didn't have time to shop. It already took me an hour just to get to the mall due to an accident. I was told to keep the shirt and the receipt, that it holds its value. When I got out to the car, I looked over my receipt...I found that I cant hold my receipt for too much longer, after 60 days no refunds of any kind. I usually love this store but after this purchase, I don't think I will be buying from the company much more. read more

I rarely shop at Lucky, in the last year I have only purchased one item. Coincidentally, the two times I go in, the same gal "assisted" me. Not sure of her name, but she is tall and has red hair. To recap, last year I bought a pair of jeans for my boyfriend and they did not fit him well. I went in, with my receipt not even a week later to return and she is incredibly hesitant to return the jeans. She looks at them up and down, examines every little stitch and pocket, and flips them back and forth. I have the tags on there, the receipt is there, what else do you need to make a proper return? Moving on... My friend informed me that she had just purchased 3 pairs of booties from Lucky yesterday. They were 40% off and she was able to utilize an additional 20% off with their email sign up offer. I attempted to sign up twice with two different emails but never received the email. Apparently the same issue happened to my friend but they honored it for her. Great! I went into Lucky with the full intention of purchasing booties. I walk up to the red hair gal, and tell her the whole email deal and she just looks at me with this look of "ok... what do you want me to do?" she just said "okay..." so I asked her, is there any way they can honor the 20% off just like they had just yesterday for my friend. She said she can attempt to make me a profile but that would not give me the 20% off.. So again, I kindly asked if they could honor it with an in-store code, as they did with my friend. She has the nerve to say, "well, your friend got lucky. she got lucky with whoever rang her up and gave her that deal.." after mumbling a few things under her breath she said, "but i guess we can honor it for you." Condescending is the perfect word for the red haired girl. I shop here maybe twice in a year and I get someone who treats me like a 15 year old girl with no money. In addition, but not the biggest issue, there were 3 sales associates there just hovering as I tried on booties trying their hardest to sell on me on a pair of boots that just did not look good on me. Another associate tried to tell me I should get the 7.5 and that it will stretch, that she dos the same all the time. No, no it will not stretch. I can't even get my foot into the shoe, what makes you think i can squeeze it on down. I've worked in shoes before and I know my size, don't shove a sale down my throat. She went out of her way to help me with a return, and thanks to her I found some great jeans that I never would have tried on otherwise. To Whom it may concern: A few weeks back on May 2014 I went into a Lucky Brand store in the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento,Ca. I went in for a quick glance as a remembered years ago I liked Lucky Brand Jeans and the way they fit. I walked to the back of the store and noticed an olive colored jacket on clearance. I liked it, set it aside and noticed another jacket in gray. I was actually looking for this color and it was a little lighter too.Perfect , but wrong size XXL only. During this time a gentlemen Jonathan C. was engaging and helped me throughout the whole process.When I came across that gray jacket,Jonathan said He would call the other store in Roseville and find my size. At that same time he talked about jeans and I ended up trying on a few pair. Jonathan mentioned he located the jacket in Long Beach and would have it shipped.I said wow,Very nice. At a moment I thought its 90 degrees outside ! As I am getting ready to check out with my olive jacket and paying for the gray jacket too,I put the jeans back (but will definitely consider them next time) noticed something else way up high on the wall for my wife. Of course Jonathan helped me with that too. So I walked out of the store saying WOW! If it wasn't for Jonathan C. I don't know if I'd bought anything. He helped me with kindness and enthusiasm and I believe he went the extra mile. Yes it took time to write this and its been about a month and like everyone else I'm busy.I kept thinking about it, someone should know. Only jeans that fit me seem to be Lucky jeans. Still seems weird to me when sales people want to help me pick out my jeans, but they are very helpful. They were out of my size up front so they checked in the back for me and had them. I sent them to the back like 4 times for different washes and styles and walked out with all the jeans I needed. One trick for this place, wait for a sale, can usually find them 50% off at some time of the year and stock up then. read more

I've been buying Lucky Brand tops at Macy's for several years (Arden Fair) and was surprised to learn that they actually had a store in the mall! I've gained some weight and was hoping that there would be more options available at the store ( since they are available online in the triple XXX's!) , but had the worst experience I've ever had shopping, period. I wandered in and immediately found that there was nothing beyond a large. After what seemed an eternity, with several sales people standing idly by, I asked if there were women's sizes. There was a quizzical look, and an awkward silence, and she finally said, "we have large"! I tried to explain what "women's sizes" meant and she looked at me like I was a serial killer. I was absolutely floored- what kind of idiots do you employ here? They all stand around like stuck up models. You should at the very LEAST explain to your staff that you don't stock "women's sizes" AKA fat lady clothes so that they don't embarrass people. Shame on you! read more
