There were 3-4 girls behind the counter and a tall young guy near the boots, and none of them acknowledged us when we walked in or even when we said hello. One of the girls appeared to be on her phone or putting on makeup. The whole atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. This was my first time buying a cowboy hat, so I didn't even know where to start. After being ignored, I honestly felt uncomfortable asking anyone for help because it seemed like we would just get a bad attitude. The only pleasant employee in the store was a young lady in the boots section with light brown/reddish hair. She was friendly, cheerful, and actually asked if we needed assistance. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff made the experience so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Customer service like this is very disappointing, especially when customers come in ready to shop.

Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

This thrift store is very well organized. Perhaps that's one of the most interesting things about it. They even have their clothing organized by size. So, this makes shopping for that vintage piece of clothing much easier. This is something that few other thrift stores do. And, it's really appreciated. Because, it makes the whole shopping experience, not only easier but more enjoyable. Beacon House has far more than just clothing, however. This shop is stuffed full of all kinds of everything else, from electronics, to kitchen goods, to musical items, to LPs, cassette tapes, pretty much anything you can think of, they've got something. As is the case with all thrift stores, the inventory at this business is constantly changing. So, going in here one day may be very different from going in the next day. We needed shirts printed the week of request, and Sanbon did not disappoint in getting the shirts…read moredone hella ASAP! :P If you're looking for a quick reply for quote, delivery on turnaround time (depending on your request) - Robin is your guy! Our church had a 40th Anniversary celebration and decided to have shirts printed. We had white shirts that needed a design on both front and back sides. We actually were going to print with another company however, the communication was not 100. So, we looked for other print shops and stumbled on Sanbon. The great reviews here pushed me to contact them right away. I sent the request on a Saturday night around 11pm. Robin replied back within a few minutes, and might I add wayyyy past business hours, BUT he was able to communicate everything I needed to know for an easy printing process. The next day, he already sent me the final price per each shirt and A MOCK of how the shirts would look like with the design we sent. HOW DID WE GET SUCH GREAT SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?! Due to the last minute request, he did suggest a waterbase print instead of oilbase, which we were totally okay with. Granted, our shirts were white with neutral font colors, but we were ecstatic that our budget was met with their quote. Shirts were dropped off Monday at noon and since we had children sizes that ranged from youth to infant Robin was cool enough to explain how the design will look on the smaller sizes, loved that he was very informative about that! so, after the drop off... get this, THE SHIRTS WERE FINISHED THAT EVENING! We picked up the shirts the next day on Tuesday. Once we picked up our shirts, they looked great. We are super happy with the experience from start to finish and can't wait to use them again for our future printing orders. Here's a photo sample of the design (it's on kid's shirt though). I'm sure it's a case by case depending on how many shirts you have to have had them printed so quickly but, we've dealt with other businesses before and SanBon was great and showed us they put their customers first. If yelp had Michelin Stars, SanBon definitely deserves one!
