I was starting to get a little bothered because there was no communication, but once he was finished, he came over, chatted it up - really friendly guy. I told him I was a novice fisherman and brought in my broken reel. He took time to walk me through my options, troubleshoot it, and explained the best way to catch fish that weekend based on conditions and bait. Super informative, thorough, and overall friendly. The store has all the gear you need, it's organized and clean. I walked away more educated and appreciated his expertise.
