I love their ice cream! They have amazing flavors and their service is a 10. They know what to recommend :) Dulce de leche is my favorite! The place looks clean and has a very chill vibe. I visit them often!

Took my niece on a day date to Crayola Experience and thought we'd end with a nostalgic treat of Smurf ice cream from the little stand in the Florida Mall my mom used to take me to as a little girl. Unfortunately, it's no longer there. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Lucciano's Gelateria! The shop is super cute with pink faux ride cars, welcoming staff, and delicious flavors. The Little had strawberry-- loved it--and I had a medium cup-- the only way to mix two flavors-- of pistachio and white chocolate pistachio. Both were amazing; I could not choose between the two even though it was too much gelato for me. Highly recommend.

As much as we love getting a treat on a hot day, Lucciano's failed to provide that satisfactory experience. The concept would probably work better if the shop was in less crowded location. The space is small and tight, the staff looked aggravated, tired, linguistically challenged. It was very loud and warm inside with very few seating spaces available. The passion fruit smoothie I ordered had small bits of seed in it that felt like rocks on my teeth. Very-very sweet. My daughter had a mint chocolate chip which tasted nothing my sugar. We will not be returning.

Lucciano's at Florida Mall is a nice cute stop from the hustle and bustle of all the shopping there... and the gelato is super-flavorful and yummy! My family has come here several times. Usually the girls and my wife will get some variation of pistachio/ hazelnut. I usually get a medium chocolate mint ('medium' gets you 3 different flavors here, for reference). Tonight, I tried the peanut caramel, which was packed full of nuts (I had a peanut in every other, if not every, bite, so they're very generous with their ingredients). We do like to sit down in the roller-coaster style fixed seats. In all this place has seating for about 14 (if you fit only 2 in each coaster spot... I've seen some families fit 3 in there, 4 people is pushing it). There's a window in the back of the room where you can watch them make the gelato. Good stuff here! Rich and flavorful flavors without being 'too sweet'. Nice family, or date night, spot!

The gelato here is pretty good, but not my favorite. It's also very expensive for what you get. The ambiance is super cute and has a fun theme and the service is pretty good.

We had a good time at Luciano's. Ice cream was delicious so was the cone. We were also enjoying our cones while seating on the "loveseat car" they have in there.

Amazing gelato!! Dulce de leche and lime are my favorite! Takes me back home! Very good service, kind and patient staff. They let you have samples so you know what to choose! Very cool vibe, it has a sort of train, where you can sit and hang out. Will be definitely coming back!

What a darling little place to enjoy Gelato at the mall. The presentation of the ice cream is so enticing. You just want to try them all. They were very friendly and welcoming to allow you to try the flavors. I settled on the Signature Luciano's flavor which is a chocolate lovers dream. They also have ice cream pops and some desserts. The carousel seating was very unique and different from what you would see at a regular ice cream shop.

Yall! This is the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I stumbled upon it at the Florida Mall, but did you know that the only other locations are in Argentina, Rome Italy & New Jersey. Whether you get the ice cream bar or a scoop of their gelato, YOU CANT GO WRONG!! I'm a self proclaimed ice cream connoisseur. I eat ice cream everywhere I go, and I love judging every part of it from texture to taste, and the way it makes me feel afterward Luciano's is INCREDIBLE!!!

Delicious gelato and amazing flavors! Prices are on par with gelato and the employees were kind and allowed you to taste. They are wearing masks and the place is nice and clean. The peanut chocolate tasted like snickers, it was so good! The portions are big and they give you two scoops. Next time, I will get a small because even sharing a medium was a lot. It is such a cute concept, a pink ride, like a roller coaster! They made the gelato in house and it was just beautifully displayed! Will always go there when I am in the mall!

I love coming to Lucciano's for a sweet treat while shopping around the FL mall! Pistachio is my go-to flavor but their Passion Fruit Cheesecake gelato is also top tier. They have various of delicious flavors to choose from. They usually have a line going in but don't be discouraged because they move rather quickly! I definitely recommend trying them out if you're at the mall with a sweet tooth!

My friend and I came to visit Luciano's after spending a couple hours at the mall and the environment inside was very cute and open. The shop had train/ride themed seats. Theres even a window where you can see the staff make the gelato, which I thought was cool. The service was great. The lady was very friendly and gave my friend suggestions on what to sample. Theres lots of different gelato flavors to choose from. But if you aren't craving for gelatos, they offer sorbets and Ice pops. My friend had the Salted Caramel Gelato and I had White Chocolate Pistacchio with Lemon Pie. I enjoyed both flavors. However, the Lemon Pie Gelato was my favorite. The Lemon Pie had bits of Pie inside which I felt had a nice crunch to it. The flavor had a tangy and sweet taste to it. Overall, very delicious flavors And very helpful staff. If you're ever at the Florida Mall, I suggest trying this place out if you're ever craving something sweet and cold.

Gelateria in the mall with popsicles and other pastries. Came here on a Monday afternoon prior to our flight and treated ourselves to some sugar. They offer samples. You pay at the counter and then can eat inside at one of their "train" booth. Credit cards accepted. There are sorbet options available for those who want a lighter flavor too. The first employee who helped us gave us banana split instead of dulce de leche, but the second employee who came to help us was efficient and quickly gave us our correct order. You can get half portions in the cup, and I split a medium cup with dulce de leche and chocolate hazelnut cream (which tasted like crushed up ferrero rocher). You could also get a sugar or waffle cone for an additional cost. The overall vibe was cute and bright.

I thought I'd go with just one scoop of peanut butter gelato. At first, I was taken aback by how expensive it was which over $7 for one scoop. So while I was not surprised that much money would be charged for a small amount of food especially at Disney Springs, I did think this was a lot of money to spend for just one scoop. The flavor was good though. The gelato was extremely rich and creamy. The peanut butter flavor was fairly strong, but not too sweet, it tasted more like peanut than sugar. The ambiance felt somewhat as though you were in an intimate Italian café vs. a quick service kiosk. The way they presented their gelato in the display cases made every flavor appealing. The team members were fast and friendly. Overall, I am happy I gave it a try. Quality wise, I have no doubt, however, with the prices, this would be a special visit, rather than something I would purchase on a regular basis. If you like peanut butter flavor such as myself, it is definitely worth a one time taste test!
