Came to try as coworker loved the normal Lucca that's not in the airport. Service was excellent and seating was great. We got a booth, it was comfortable and the bar had tvs so sports watching is available for sure. The food was excellent considering it's at the airport. Would do it again next work trip here.

I had a two hour layover and saw that this place had a lot of people at the bar. I'm going to assume now that maybe it was for the cocktails because I don't believe it was for the food. The menu was beyond overpriced even for an airport. It was overpriced with some pasta is being $40. I picked a flatbread and it was brought out quickly, which was appreciated. But there really was no wow factor to it. It tasted like there was cream of mushroom on it with a bunch of mushrooms and cheese, and it had a lot of salt that was added to it. I had three pieces and left the rest. My server was too a young woman who was preoccupied talking to a male server for a while even when I asked for my check I had to ask twice she kept talking and talking to him. This was around 11 AM. I wasn't impressed. I spoke to somebody there who also said the food wasn't that great that I should've went to the Sam Adams restaurant I will remember that for next time.

Really nice staff, very attentive...unfortunately, entree was mediocre. Ordered the Pappardelle, and there was virtually no meat despite the ingredients stating "ragu of beef, pork and veal." Literally two nickel sized clusters of meat. Waitress kindly offered to bring a reorder or another dish. Reorder was just two or three meatballs cut up into chunks. Sauce was worse than store bought, surprising, as the meat ball appetizer and its sauce was good.

On my way home from Boston and had about 4 hours to wait for my flight. My colleagues and I who were all on the same flight chose Lucca's Restaurant and Bar located in terminal B for lunch. No complaints from any of us. One had chicken parmesan, another the open sub sandwich. Most had the burger which was cooked perfectly. The sides were all very good as well. I little pricey but not so bad for an airport restaurant. Good service. We asked for separate checks before ordering. We could tell the waitress was not happy with that. We found that would be something that would be a regular occurrence- evidently I was wrong. Our food came out at least 15 minutes after another group of 8 who came in after us. All in all the restaurant was good. I would go again.

Typical airport food. Fine. Edible. They work with what they have for space and staff. But the standout for this restaurant is Vernon Williams behind the bar. Super personable but also knowledgeable. A young woman came in looking for a specific beer they didn't carry and he told her about an alternate location that stocked it and then got her to stick around with a great suggestion for a similar bottle. He had similar ideas and recommendations for all customers - not pushy, just pointing them in the direction he saw they wanted. And he managed with grace a kind of roudy group trying to take their booze to-go. Cool to watch him deftly cover a very busy crowd and diffuse what could have been a mess. So that's my review for Lucca. But mostly Vernon. Otherwise, standard airport sit-down bar in appearance, cleanliness and par cooked food.

The ribs are fabulous! No question. They are as good as any I've tasted anywhere! Juicy, meaty,…read moreso flavorful. Perfect, I'd say! The green beans are fabulous, too. Fresh and perfectly cooked. I think the mashed potatoes must be fabulous fresh, but mine were heated over because they were prepared before I arrived, so I tasted that heated-over taste. But! They were very good; real potatoes, which you almost never can find anymore, and lots of butter! I might change that myself; a little less butter and a little more milk or cream. The thing I found disappointing was the fried chicken. I went to the restaurant to try the ribs because I'm looking for ribs to serve at a dinner party and I'm on the hunt, but I had to try the chicken! You may like it; I think my objection is a personal taste thing, but ..... The coating on the chicken tastes like it was poured out of a spice-blend like Montreal Steak seasoning or the Kirkland Signature Organic No-Salt seasoning, or Lawrey's Seasoning, or the seasoning packet from Good Seasons Zesty salad dressing packets - I know I've tasted it before, but I can't remember which it is. It was too too much! As I said above; it tasted like it was poured into bowl from the package and the chicken was dredged in it. The flavor may be great if it were toned down a little, like starting with flour and adding the seasoning blend to the flour? Starting with half and half of each would be an improvement, but I would go with a 3 to 1 ratio of flour to mix. Other than that, I am definitely going to order the ribs for my dinner! As it was, I used the sauce that came with the ribs to dip my chicken in; that sauce is out of this world!!!!! And the two gentlemen who helped me were terrific! Carmen talked to me about the ribs, the rest of the menu and was the most gracious host! I told him about my quest for ribs and he was very helpful! He alone is worth going back for. And Zee must have asked me 10 times if I needed anything; he was very attentive! This is a cozy place tucked away where you can go and relax and enjoy a great meal! Order the ribs!

best chicken wings around. always so crispy even when you're getting them for take out. i love all…read morethe sauces they have for them, they're very original. they have a super thin hot honey pizza which is to die for, i think about it all the time lol. their sides are also just so so good. the corn salad, mac and cheese, the mashed sweet potato, the slaw. you literally can't go wrong. they make good drinks too! love this spot
