I came here for the first time for the 2026 NCAA Mens Basketball final four and the championship game. There are a ton of parking options nearby (that are independently operated). I chose to pay a little more for one that was right by the stadium and had easy access to quick out after. Worth it. The security to enter was easy, but felt it was secure enough that I felt safe. The inside of this venue is very impressive. It is HUGE. I felt the bathrooms were very clean as was the entire place. There are a lot of options for food and drink, albeit expensive, pretty on par with sporting event prices. Signage was clear and it was easy to find my seats with no assistance. I felt the sound, scoreboard, and video board was great throughout the games. Exit after the event was easy. I would definitely come here again for another event as it is so nice!

This large football stadium had a wood floor for the NCAA tournament. It's nice. Everyone has a pretty good seat considering how huge it is. Normal food stands are throughout the concourses with normal high prices. Bathrooms are great, big with lots of stalls. We had a friend in a wheelchair. People with disabilities have their own entrance once they get in. Ramps are used to go up or down like all stadiums have. Elevators are around, and they're slow. Look for signs. There is no where to hide a wheelchair as my friend could hobble to his seat. I found a hiding spot. A stadium we frequent has storage rooms or curtains to put them behind. An attendant helps us.

Very nice venue. Massive in size and a great place to watch a sporting event of a concert. Place is clean and staff is overall helpful and kind. Parking options are plentiful and close at a reasonable price.

We took a trip to see a NFL game over Thanksgiving. I have been to stadiums, but this win is a favorite. The design along with the attention to what fans need was on point. We never waited in lines for drinks, food or the bathroom. We were there when the stadium was packed as well. I never felt frustrated with the crowds. We saw a great hand and we even had too level seating.

I was lucky enough to enjoy a Colts game in a suite and I had such a fantastic experience. Our suite attendant was amazing and so helpful, kind, and welcoming. She took care of us throughout the entire game and truly made the experience awesome. We had so much delicious food- from character, salad, hot dogs, Mac n cheese, nachos, burgers, veggies and dip, buffalo chicken dip, and more- it was so much fun. We also had a margarita cart (need this in my life on a regular basis) as well as a dessert cart! I grabbed a Nothing Bundt Cake mini cake which is always delicious. The afternoon was definitely memorable!

Date of visit: 9/7/25 vs. Miami Dolphins. Home opener and first game of the 2025 NFL season. The house that Peyton built! I got to witness Danny Dimes turning into Indiana Jones. Hopefully he could keep it up and have a successful resurgence of his career. Also got to see a great touchdown catch by Michael Pittman Jr!! (I went to USC) I was able to get a lower level seat for this game. The view at my seat in LL corner and energy in the stadium was amazing. Peyton Manning was also in the house as part of a ceremony to honor their recently deceased owner, Jim Irsay Just a really cool stadium overall as well. They have a retractable roof and everything was easy to navigate, especially going to and from the stadium. I already ate before getting into the stadium so I can't speak for the concessions. During the game, I only bought a beer. Beer prices, here, relative to other stadiums I've been to is really reasonably priced. My only gripe would be selection of craft beer might be limited or I didn't look hard enough. I can't emphasize how great the logistics were. I parked about half a mile away and walked into the stadium no problem. Leaving was just as easy. Maybe I'm traumatized or have PTSD from trying to get in and out of stadiums in LA , but this and the overall gameday experience was very 'visitor friendly'. Amazing place to watch a game.

We attended the Colts game this past Sunday and were seated in the Toyota seats located at the top of section 504. The seats were really nice, which unfortunately drew a crowd of folks that were content with just standing behind where our seats were located. At one point, a member of the CSC staff who I believe to have been a supervisor came through and announced loudly that no one was to stand directly behind the seats. She informed them that they would need to stand behind a line that she indicated on the ground. She then consulted with the staff member who had been standing there and assisting us all with locating our seats. After her departure, several of the fans returned, and for a while the CSC staffer repeatedly asked them to stand back. After a while, he gave up. That was the only unfortunate part of our experience. The stadium was otherwise very nice. It was clean and tidy, from the seats, to the restrooms, concession stands and stairways. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had the Hot Box pepperoni pizza, and it tasted really fresh. I also enjoyed a featured mixed drink made with Crown Royal and sweet tea with Peach Schnapps. My husband enjoyed a couple Bud Lights and a Stella Artois as well as some Texas Roadhouse peanuts (shell-on). He paid for those nuts, which are usually given away for free at the restaurant. I didn't even want to ask how much! There were so many interesting things happening prior to and throughout the game. There were dance-offs, toddler racing, and give-aways to keep the crowd engaged. At one point, a QR code was shown for us to scan for a chance to win prizes, but the reception in the stadium is really bad and we were unable to connect to their wi-fi. As I looked around, the same seemed to be true for just about everyone. That was sort of a bummer. We were also hoping that they'd have the roof open, but unfortunately, they did not.

Attending a Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium is always a great experience! The tailgating atmosphere is unmatched and sets the tone before you even head inside. The stadium itself is very clean and well kept. We sat in section 114 and had access to the lounge, which was a huge plus, separate bathrooms and concession stands made everything so much more convenient. Overall, an awesome experience for a Colts vs. Broncos game!

First time here to Lucas Oil stadium. What can I say...It's beautiful...go access on all sides of the stadium. Plenty of concessions inside. It's a dome so this place is comfortable any time of year. Fan atmosphere is great. As a Bengal fan... I'm envious of the facility. Parking is available around and nearby.

Lucas Oil Stadium is an incredible venue that is one of the best for big events in the Midwest. Its best feature is its flexibility, thanks to the retractable roof and the huge north window wall. This design lets the venue easily go from an indoor dome to an open air stadium, making it great for all kinds of events. The stadium is really well designed for handling huge crowds. Even though it holds a ton of people, the concourses are easy to figure out. The seating is great too and the upper decks are steep, which means everyone gets a clear view of the field. Everything runs smoothly. They have great HD video boards and powerful sound systems to help spectators feel more immersed.

Yes, it's true. I got to pray on the field at Lucas Oil with my pastor, Blue, and two Colts cheerleaders (Whitney and Jenelle).

I've had a lot of really great experiences on my Tenderness Tour events, however, not much tops the opening of this year's tour as I found myself with a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the stadium and the ability to enter the field at the same spot players enter and being allowed to actually wheel around the field as I began my 150-mile journey this year. Mind-boggling. This was only my second time in Lucas Oil Stadium - the other time being a fundraiser during a game (though I've yet to see a game). Sure, I was there for a good cause - but I can't say enough how incredibly wonderful it was to have such a top-notch welcome from the Colts organization, Blue, and two cheerleaders (Whitney and Jenelle). One of my first remarks was that being on the field gave me a real sense of the pressure of playing on the field AND being a cheerleader on the field. It felt overwhelming. Lucas Oil Stadium opened in 2008 and is operated by the Capital Improvement Board. Lucas Oil has naming rights for a 20-year-period. The stadium covers 1.8 million square feet (2.5 times the size of the former RCA Dome). The exterior facade is comprised of 980,000 bricks (which would span 185 miles). Seating capacity is 67,000 for football. It can be expanded to 70,000 if needed. The roof has two retractable roof panels - each ways around 2.5 million pounds. They take 11 minutes to open. There are 139 suites, 8 field suites, a press box, video boards, exhibit hall space, and twelve meeting rooms on event level. Without stepping outside, guests can access the Indiana Convention Center, Circle Centre Mall, and over 4,700 hotel rooms. Public tours are available. Accessibility options are strong here and I've always been impressed that players, Blue (the mascot), and cheerleaders all seem comfortable with disability in interactions. This was very true upon my most recent visit. Lucas Oil Stadium even opened a sensory room this year. Other accessibility features: Integrated seating (quite impressive) Large print menus at concessions Ramps, elevators, etc. (In fact, I likely entered via one of the least accessible areas and still found it quite workable). Family restrooms Assistive listening devices Much more. Quite honestly, I think accessibility at Lucas Oil blows Gainbridge Fieldhouse away. I actually used to be a season ticket holder for the Indiana Fever and quit because of accessibility issues. I'd always been impressed by Lucas Oil Stadium, however, this more up-front glimpse into the facility and the ability to be on the field left me in awe of both the stadium and its personnel. Here's hoping I make my first game in the near future!

Colts win!

Glad to have a nice elevator and great staff to direct the hoards of people entering the stadium.

I attended the Eras Tour here recently. The lines and security checks were organized to get in. We didn't have any issues inside, either. A big venue for big events!

Ask the Community - Lucas Oil Stadium

How much foot room is there in the nosebleed sections?

It's about the same as any stadium/arena. I'm 6'5" and while it's a tight fit for me, it's nothing I'm not used to going anywhere else.

Trying to pick tickets for Taylor Swift concert. What's the best area to sit at in Lucas Oil Stadium?

There's really not a bad seat in that stadium. It all depends on how close or far away you want to be.

I am looking for recommendations for parking and tailgating for 3 buses near Lucas Oil Stadium. Any suggestions?

Not sure about tail gating, I know that there is parking available owned by gate 10. Events and parking.Give them a call for info.

The Fieldhouse Favorites will cover your bases on the classics. Ben's Pretzels offers carbs galore. A recent fave of mine is The Shake Bar, a Steak 'n Shake brand that specializes in luscious, over-the-top milkshakes. I love to get the Oreo shake as a treat for my game or showtime experience. Some other tidbits - you're allowed to bring in a clear water bottle that's either factory sealed, or an empty reusable to fill up at a fountain. Another alternative is the DD program, where you can get a free soda with a voucher from guest services. You can't purchase any alcohol after that point because you get a wristband that would indicate as such. But if you're looking to stay sober for the evening, this is a great perk!

We paid good money to be there and ended up feeling disrespected and honestly shocked. And to make it worse, it already kind of sucks being Pacers fans all season during a rough year--then when the team we're actually excited to see comes to town, we get treated like trash by arena staff. That's not how you treat paying fans. Security and staff are supposed to ensure safety--not create uncomfortable or hostile situations. This was handled in the worst possible way, and it reflects terribly on the arena and its staff. Do better.

We got to our seats early and Caitlin was signing autographs and talking to kids. It was fun to watch. The team played together incredibly well, hitting many three point shots. These athletes are great role models for young people. The team had even drawn in Hollywood celebrity fans and nationally renowned authors. I felt like I was part of history being made. I would buy season tickets there if they were available. We all liked the games played during the TV timeouts. I felt that the announcer person could have explained more about the coach's challenges instead of just announcing the outcome. The restrooms are easy to get to and located throughout the facility. Concession offerings are alcohol as well as bottled water and soft drinks. They do remove the plastic tops from all bottles after purchase so if purchasing several you may want help carrying them back to your seats to prevent any spills. Guest services staff were friendly and helpful. If you have someone drop you off and pick you up, that can be tricky. The police tend to block one street off temporarily and then open it and block off another. So if you can walk and meet your pickup several blocks away, that would be your best bet.
