Victory Field is one of the best (if not the best) ranked minor league stadium in the country, and for good measure! I always enjoy watching the games and getting all the ballpark classic eats. The stadium is always very clean when I'm there and crowd control is managed well. They have many concession stands throughout. I personally prefer the regular stands since I prefer to get my classic hot dogs and churros. However, the soft serve ice cream sundaes are absolutely delicious and worth getting. Food is also reasonably priced here, where one hot dog is $5 on regular days but only a dollar on Tuesdays! I think Victory Field hosts the Indy Indians for the most part, so they are synonymous in service. The Indians games are always fun, and they host some good giveaways for themed nights. A fun spot for a night out! We had tickets with our cousin so got to enjoy great seats. The flow to get in was fast and we appreciated all the signage. We hadn't been to a game for some time so had forgotten all the 'rules' about food etc. We appreciated that you could bring a cooler and food if you stay on the lawn! The food and beverage options are standard fare for a baseball stadium so not something we can enjoy, but loved that others could get the hot dogs and slushies. Downtown Location. With a beautiful view of the skyline. Great place to spend a night with the family. They have a number of food items and food combos that are actually pretty reasonably priced to allow for a family to come. On Tuesdays they have dollar menu tonight which is also a great deal. Lots of other activities today they had the Lottery out spinning a wheel to win prizes. They always have a place for kids to throw baseballs or do other activities. One of the great aspects of the park is they have the outfield that people sit on the grass, they can bring in coolers with food and drinks, so you don't even have to spend a whole lot of money to come spend the evening with your family. I came back to Victory Field with hundreds of folks for a private event. Guests were greeted immediately with beer tubs and a quick walk to the seats led us to a center bar, catering tables, a concession of ice cream and desserts, and more tubs of beer. The field offered several activities: corn hole, oversized beer pong, jenga, connect 4, and batting. Near the bar was a bourbon tasting event. The catering offered typical ballpark food, like hot dogs and brats, and also bbq brisket and other sides. If you keep average expectations, you'll be satisfied. Drink-wise, the bar doesn't shine on cocktails and I'd suggest sticking with beer. Beautiful, clean stadium. Everyone working the event was courteous and helpful. If you're staying downtown, JW Marriott is across the street and others are within walking distance. read more

Solid AAA ball park... Checked out VF for the first time over Labor Day weekend... Pretty nice ball park with good amenities. While VF is not quite on the same level as Huntington Park in Columbus (HP has much better food, drink options, and over all better "baseball vibes"), it's still a nicely put together AAA ball park... Dedicated fan base. Great baseball. Only con is not knowing where to park, as it's near a museum, White River State Park, and who knows what else. Be paid $30 in the same parking structure that had we gone in an other entrance, we could have paid $10. I was able to enjoy a game in the Elements Financial Suite for a work event and loved the facility as a whole! The suite was large with seating inside and a large bar and perfect views of the field! Went here for a Chili Peppers glow in the dark baseball game (a special event). It was easy to get in the stadium and navigate even with the large crowd at the game. They did a great job hosting the game and the stadium really did in fact end up glowing in the dark. Would definitely go back for a regular season ball game. To be honest. I have no issues at all with this venue' very easy to navigate! Parking, entrance, food etc. Half of the seats are covered the other half are not Which makes for a pretty hot day, if temperatures are high. Overall it was one of the better baseball venues. It just lacked...character. There's really nothing unique in the park. It's as cookie cutter ballpark as it can get. And the same carried to concessions and craft beer. I only found one craft beer available in the whole ball park and it was at limited stands with longer lines. We tried a pizza and didn't eat most of it. We didn't see any unique food options. Overall great clean fan friendly place to watch a ball game. I'm glad we visited. I recently had my first visit to Victory Field since the pandemic. Can't believe it had been that long. We had gotten tickets for the wild Savannah Bananas event and were in no way prepared for what we'd see at the gates. It was mass chaos. Not enough people working the entrances to let people know what to do. A man walked through asking if he'd checked you yet (um, que the dishonest). People threw fits as they were checked and people easily migrated through the entrance with whatever belongings they wanted. And then we got in. We were hungry so we made way to the concessions. These lines were bare compared to those for souvenirs. We bought pretzel and cheese ($2 for stale cheese), nachos and then soda/water. I took one bite of the nachos and the chips were stale and the cheese had no resemblance of nacho cheese. One look at my daughter and I knew she wasn't about to eat hers. She took one bite and asked if she could toss the pretzel/cheese. My friend got a pizza and it looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I couldn't believe given the crowd and the cost of concessions that they'd be serving stale items, but here we are. Now to the event. People were in lines everywhere, people standing behind each section railings because there weren't enough seats in the lawn for those who didn't find a seat in the sold out event. We managed to find one section with enough viewing room for the 4 of us. One staff member kept walking down the aisle and then positioning himself RIGHT in front of us so that my 12 year old couldn't see. It was rather tacky. I'm giving the ballpark another shot, as we purchased tickets for the July 4th event. Hoping to have a better experience, but we will certainly eat before! read more

Such a fun little ball stadium. I can't believe I haven't done a review yet! Inexpensive ticket options during season. Some good food and drink specials, depending on the day (although some of the regular items are pricy). We've also take our dogs on certain nights and sat out in the green. Pay attention to their schedules, becuase there is always some sort of special or highlight happening. Fireworks, too. Most recently, I attended an event and we sat/ate at the Elements Club, which was great, with some really elevated food options. Despite living in the Indy area for 9 years, this was our first trip to Victory Field, and we really enjoyed it. The bathrooms were reasonably clean, despite the foot traffic that comes with a sell-out game. The concessions were about what you would expect for a ball park, and you can't beat the location. Very clean facility am with great hospitality! I went there three times this year and each time I had a good time. This is not a huge stadium so everywhere you sit, you get a good view of the game. I highly recommend prepaying for your parking online at SpotHero like their websites suggests. This way you will be saving a lot of money. I used to pay about $10-$15 for the game day parking but on that website I paid only $4.20 at a garage just few blocks away (5 minute walk). They often had fireworks after the game and it was honestly better than 4th of July fireworks I saw this year! read more

Not handicap friendly! Stranger things night - my handicap 73 year old mother was waiting in a line wrapped around the building. I called the office to see if there was anyway she could walk to the front of the line and get in (she can not stand that long). The young lady on the phone stated she could use the back door (service doors) but there was no guarantee that she would get the gift they were passing out that evening (a jersey). Jerseys are only being given to people using the front door apparently. I feel it's ridiculous to have no other options for handicap guests. read more

We came here for a baseball in education day with our seniors, and we sat in the field and enjoyed ourselves! They have lots of fun summer specials from Firework Friday, Thirsty Thursday with $3 draft beer, $1 Menu Monday, and more! There isn't a bad seat in the house. You can get a box seat for $12-$18. You can also opt to bring your blankets and cooler for a lawn seat for $10. If you want to get fancy you can get a ticket to the landing and servers will come to your seat. This used to include a food and drink voucher but looks like that has changed! Facilities are well maintained. Lots of parking options. Everything is reasonable. Good ol' summer fun! read more

There are plenty of parking options available within walking distance of the stadium. The tickets were reasonable priced, but the concession stand prices were pretty high. The game ended up being a firework night and the staff was quick to transition the field for the firework display. This was one of the coolest firework shows I have ever been too because they shot the fireworks from the middle of the field and it was really awesome to be that close. Victory Field how to explain this field. Would definitely say a D. I purchased tickets online and the guy up at the ticket counter had to call 2 other people to find my tickets. Even though I explained to him that it was a will call but seemed to be difficult. The staff was pretty nice at the gate, in the million in a half gift shops they have inside the park. Parking is beyond the problem here. It's expensive then most ballpark I've been. Now food we got chicken strips for my son and a pretzel and the food wasn't overly good. They must of had the temp to high because the outside of the strips was crunchy and the meat didn't taste right. The staff looked at me crazy when I asked for no salt on my girlfriends pretzel. He looked at me and said that he will try his best to not get any salt on it. Definitely will not be coming and glad to mark this one off the bucket list quickly. read more
