When I contacted them to request a cancellation and refund, they refused and simply pointed to the contract I signed -- despite the fact that the recurring charges were not properly explained during the interaction. What makes this even more frustrating is that I did not use the car wash at all during the last 30 days. This experience felt misleading and unethical. Customers should be given clear and transparent information before being signed up for expensive recurring memberships.

I found that there's not nearly enough time and had to hit the "more time" button 2 more times. It would be cool if there was a video or something playing that goes over the instructions but I know now. My other issue is the air cannon to dry your car is rather weak. I spent maybe 2-3 mins drying and gave up and came home to use my leaf blower. All in all I spent $10 to wash my car which isn't a terrible value. I wish there was an option to just pay $10 and get a fixed time like 15-20 minutes.

It doesn't pay to go to the membership gate. You will be just sitting there waiting on a staff member to come out just to ask if you're a member. Then they finally type in a code. How about fix this issue for me. Even the manager said it was fixed but that's not the case. I am losing patience and want to cancel my membership. I hope someone can finally figure out how to get this resolved. It's frustrating to say the least.

I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces.
