When we moved, she never came to check on us or ask if we needed anything else. We had to flag the hostess and another woman to assist us in getting the bill. When we received the bill, we notice that the conch was $30 for just a few pieces and there was a 25% service charge, which was the gratuity already included in the bill. Overall, the food was excellent and I cannot complain about that, but I was unhappy with the service we received and having to get a 25% service charge when we were flagging down our server and other people had to assist us.
