I I took my truck to get oil pump replaced and oil coolant lines. I had the parts and was told the…read morerepair was going to cost me $550 , because they would also need to put new oil filter gasket and engine oil. I agreed to the $550 and was told it would be ready the next day. The next day I got a call that my radiator was leaking coolant bad, was quoted over $500 to have it replaced. It was fishy , because I had driven my truck to the shop with no temperature changes or leaking coolant. I told them no and I ordered the radiator online, which cost me $150. When I picked up my truck the next day, I noticed that the mechanic broke my radiator while changing one of the oil coolant lines. the mechanic agreed to have the radiator replaced at no cost, that I had ordered so I didn't drive the truck home with a leaking radiator. When my truck was ready, I was told that it was going to be $630 , because $550 for labor plus $70 to top the oil. I then told the owners daughter how about the $150 I paid for the radiator. She said not my problem. I ended spending $780 in total for their mechanic error. Never again will I comeback to this shop

Balch Springs, TX 75180 I went in Sunday 9/1/2024 to have my 235/40 R18(already a smaller tire size than it should be) moved from my front driver side to my back driver side and then I paid $50 for a new 245/40 R18(the correct size that is on three of my wheels) to be put on my front. Saw the front was good and assumed great I can go. Labor Day I lost tire pressure and checked to find a 215/40 R18 on my rear driver side. Uh hello? Where is MY tire and to put such a drastically smaller tire is obviously negligent, shady and potentially dangerous. I have children in my car. Tuesday 9/3/2024 I went back to the shop to discuss this with the employees and ask where MY tire was. One man first tried to say I bought two tires and the 215/45 R18 is what I paid for along with the correct 245/40 R18 in the front.. I informed him how I would never buy such a small tire and I have the receipt for only purchasing one tire, he then said I came in with the 215/45 R18..... Lol, oh so y'all are gaslighting and taking advantage of women by assuming naivety. I bought the 235/40 R18 a week ago... I know what's on my car, especially because it was already the wrong size to begin with. I asked to review the cameras with him to prove who's right, as I have the receipt and time stamp. He refused and then proceeded to ignore me in the rain and walk off- while a shop of five grown men whom all watched me argue and understood seemingly perfect enough to be amused; all claim to suddenly not speak English anymore and ignore me. This was brought on by previous shop screwing it up. Do I brought the car here and explained what happened and they assured me they would find the problem and get it fixed. After car being there over a week I went up there to check on it. The mechanic told me he had not even looked at it yet. After being there a month they told me they could not fix it. So I picked the car up and got it back in much worse condition. The interior panels has been pulled and just left in the floor the new blower motor wires had been taken apart and left hanging. The mechanic and service manager were arguing and cussing in front of us. When we were trying to put things under the hood back in place to try to start the car the mechanic told us we had to leave the shop area now and they would push the car outside. They left the car at the edge of their parking lot entrance. Many interior panels left in the floor and several under the hood parts left in disarray. Car had to be towed home. I do not recommend anyone taking their car here for anything complicated. It's one thing to not be able to fix a car but after a month and getting the car back in much worse condition is bullshit.

I requested that the front bumper not be repaired, as the damage was only minor cosmetic scratching, and asked instead that the associated cost savings be applied toward repairing a dent in another area of the vehicle. I also stated that I was willing to pay any difference out of pocket. This request was declined because the front bumper damage was deemed part of the collision, while the dent was not. During repairs to the driver-side rear quarter panel, the rear bumper was removed, and in the process, the original OEM fender flares were broken. These were then replaced with used flares rather than OEM parts. The replacement flares do not fit as well as the originals and noticeably affect the appearance of the vehicle. Additionally, paint or chemicals were sprayed all over the black moldings causing them to deteriorate. I asked them about those small holes on the moldings, they said bring the car back after a few days and they will buff them out. The entire repair process took over six weeks to complete, which I found excessive given the scope of the work performed. They did fix the damage area but, in the process, they damaged other parts of the car.
