Guy said no it was even 3 when he started few years ago and no it was not. Want to charge me crazy amount for water pump 700 when it will cost me only 290 at a trusted shop. I just laughed and left. Also suggest going to firestone for alignment. 200 lifetime and no extra fees when you get it done Update as of feb 26'. If I could do negative stars or even no stars I would I just had suspension replaced at another shop and I told them I would get alignment because I already have lifetime warranty here. They laughed knowing crooked problems with company. Besides point but throwing in how crappy this company is. But I drive to brake check everything was fine. I leave after alignment and its worse than no alignment! They didnt give paper showing before and after until I raised hell after to see what was done. Damn near nothing done to back. Front was tweaked a little. They did not suggest anything. After I come back because my car drives worse they say I need all these new parts. The parts they are trying to have me buy is what I literally just replaced. How crooked do you have to be? Will be talking to corporate soon.

He was very informative and gave me the heads up about the wait time for my service. He also advised me that they don't hold a specific bay for "appointments". That was helpful information because in the future, I will just show up early instead of trying to make an appointment. He sent me a link to view past appointments and to check on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. He gave me a few recommendations of service for my vehicle based on the history because it had not been done yet. Once my vehicle was done, he called me to let me know it was ready. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience ever, but I can say this was probably the best one I've had despite the two hour wait. I can appreciate being told how long the wait is before I walk away to be able to decide if I'd like to come back a different day or just stay. He was very effective in communication and had great customer service skills. Thank you, Chris for making today's experience great!

Today I went back due to having one more headlight (the normal one) replaced... instead of just saying they didn't know how they quoted me $159 labor fee (since I brought my bulbs) I showed them their own invoice showing the $43.68 receipt from exactly one year prior. They laughed and said someone mis-charged me and they could do it in two hours for $159. I said thank you never mind, Bradzoil quoted me $60 on FM 3009, and they were actually relieved I was leaving. It's been going downhill for a while, my daughter's Prius needed an oil change 3 months ago and they charged a change, but forgot to add the oil. She ended up blowing a gasket because of their mistake. I should have known better to give them another shot. 5 years down the drain. Zero stars with their new management.

Once to replace the Cam…read moreAngle Sensors (terrible design for those clips) and again to replace my Heater Core (I dont have the space or patience to take the entire dash apart. Both times Ewing was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. They were upfront about the fact that they cant warranty the work done with the Sensors because they didnt procure the parts, which is fine, I bought high quality parts from a reputable source when I thought I could do it on my own. They also had an issue with the OEM heater core and had to get a second replacement, but they communicated the issue promptly and since there was no rush, it did not impact me at all. My one complaint is that upon reviewing the work, I noticed some extra screws laying around, one body panel plug was loose and a lower dash panel was reinstalled incorrectly. None of these are deal breakers, you cant call any job done unless you have extra screws left over and the body plug is such a small issue its only worth bringing up to set expectations for when you work on an 12 year old car. I will not bring any of my vehicles anywhere else when I come across a problem I cant fix on my own, I trust Ewing completely, they have earned my business for life.

They advertise AC repair in cars.. I went in 3 different times because my car was under "warranty"…read moreafter the first time. I paid around $3,500 for the first repair of my AC on my 2015 Camaro for the ac (blend door and actuator that's what they said was wrong during diagnostic) it worked for about a week and stopped. I took it back and then it was another issue (actuator again and compressor) actuator was covered BUT I needed to pay an additional $500 for the compressor... then the problem would be solved and would be good to go... (now we are at $4,000 (the Chevy dealership quoted me at $500-$4,000 so no big deal) a month later, I hear a clicking sound coming from the under the glove box on the passenger side when you turn AC on so I take it back because once again... the ac is not working. This time the guy come out, looks at it in the parking lot, hears the sound it's making, bangs on the underneath of the glove box (the sound stops and the ac kinda works), he said "if it stops again bring it back.Your heater blower is going out." I was baffled... I asked "how much that would be" he said "part and labor, you're looking at around $250-300" mind you, the female receptionist was outside too when this happened... I said "ok" and left. This all happened last summer but I'm just now trading my car in. I have all the receipts and paperwork still.
