I was encouraged to bring my foreign vehicle here for what was described as an "easier" brake service involving my rear brake pads and sensor replacement. Upon picking up my car, I was immediately greeted with "good news/bad news." While I cannot personally speak to whether the repair itself was completed correctly, the customer service experience that followed was unfortunately unacceptable. What was most disappointing was the level of disrespect displayed by the on-duty supervisor, Christina. I was simply seeking clarity and understanding regarding my situation, yet the interaction quickly became defensive and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than helping resolve the concern professionally, I felt accused of requesting something I was never asking for. At one point, Christina even told me to "write a Google review because the owners read every one." Initially, I had no intention of doing so, but after reflecting on the interaction, I felt it was important to share both the negative and positive aspects of my experience. I do want to recognize Butterworth, who stepped in and completely shifted the tone of the conversation. He handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and respect, and he sincerely apologized for the experience. His ability to de-escalate the situation is the only reason for the additional star in this review. 4:00pm 4/29/2026 COMPLAINT! I was helping a friend choosing her oil for her oil change in the building along with an employee Julia. While I go to my truck in parking lot Julia comes up to me and argued and cursed me in the parking lot about how NOT to do her job for her. We argued back and forth about it. These are just SOME things she told me "you don't need to be doing my job for me, I know how to do my job", "don't fucking tell me how to do my job", "that's why you have your wife working with you" "fuck you" and then ANOTHER coworker came up and argued with me as well. And words were exchanged with him too! I'm still in shock how it all happened. I left and called to speak to the manager Christina, she will review the parking lot security cameras, apologized and she said she would have a talk with her. I sent a complaint email and will also be leaving other reviews until something is resolved with this Julia woman. read more

I asked how much for an oil change standing in front of of my truck, I was told $120. the total came out to $170. I asked why I was quoted one price but charged another no answer. once everything was paid they said we should have given you the military discount but didn't. we will give you a discount next time. I wouldn't feel comfortable going back. please don't let them wash your windows or you'll just have to do them again. This was a disaster read more

Such a good team here. I came in asking for something that's out of the norm (greasing ball joints) and they were more than willing to accommodate. Communication was excellent. Service was top notch. I just went to get my car Inspection done. Everyone was so pleasant. The gentleman who took my keys explained what they were going to do and walked me inside. The Young Lady who worked behind the counter was friendly and funny. We chatted for a minute as I walked around the boutique. I don't like getting my oil changed....normally. This place has changed my mind on this. The owner's wife is BRILLIANT! There is a cute boutique for the women folk to shop in while you wait (which also isn't a long wait at all if you arrive before 9am on a Saturday morning). I left with a pair of shoes and earrings , oh and the oil change! I also left with my vehicle vacuumed, windows cleaned and added air to my tires. In a day and age in which I thought customer service was dead, I'm here to tell you it is Alive and well at Grease Monkey! I've been coming here for a while and always had a good experience. I went today and was asked if I wanted the same oil as before, which I assumed meant the same oil I got the last time I got an oil change. It's usually around $60 (cause I always get a coupon from them which is amazing) but it came out to be about $80. Once I got the receipt back I noticed they didn't use the same oil as last time (which was the high mileage because that's what they recommended to me when I first started coming as my car has over 100,000 miles). This was a bit upsetting and hopefully won't happen again. I guess their system messed up or they read the wrong information. read more

I went in for some maintenance on my car. I called them to make sure they could do the oil change and transmission fluid change. I was told yes they could. When I arrived it was about an 1.5 hour wait. I waited 2 hours for them to come back and say we did the oil change but were unable to do the transmission fluid. That was because my car has a sealed transmission to which they are unable to service. Why would they not tell me that on the phone or when I arrived. Also they charge more than they advertise for the oil change by adding shop fees to the final price. This business use to be really reliable and reasonably priced. Now I will not ever take my business back! Be careful I know it says 4.9 stars. But I have seen on fb groups complaints and thought hell I've never had an issue. Well guess that since it changed hands it truly has dropped to crappy service. They just are in it for the money. read more

Friendly and pretty quick but was told that my car would be vacuumed and they actually did not do it and left like dried up mud on the floor of my driver seat. So that's the reason for the 3 star review. Paid for a service and they didn't deliver on some of it. Still I would recommend this place for its convenience and fast service. Called the shop this morning to get a price to have the chassis lubed on our Tahoe before a vacation road trip. Spoke with Brandon and he told me to come in and they would do a pre-trip inspection. Got there and immediately had 2 team members greet me. Brandon came out and immediately took the vehicle into a bay. They did a great job and located a small spot where oil has been seeping out. After looking up my vehicle's spec's it was determined that there are only two zerk fittings to lube and did so without charge at all. While waiting (maybe 15 minutes) noticed the cleanliness of the shop itself and the waiting area. Entire staff was friendly and not that fake customer service friendly either. Hats off to Brandon, he has definitely brought me on as a customer for all of our maintenance needs. read more
