He checked everything on the list that Subaru suggested be cleaned/replaced and said that everything was A-OK. He swapped out 2 filters for me and my total was $30, saving me A LOT of money. I've been trusting these guys for years. Oil change, inspection, random tune ups and adjustments, they do it, they even screwed on my front plate when I moved here 6 years ago (for free!). Thumbs up for these guys. I hit a window and were ushered into the bay with no wait. The guys here got my oil changed in a hurry and did a quick top off and inspection all around. I also have to give respect for the honesty and courtesy these guys show their customers. Another lady was in for a brake replacement, and the guy actually told her that her rears just needed a little quick smoothing and not a replacement (so she could save her parts or return them). Likewise, they did not try to upsell me into things I didn't need. (I had another shop tell me I needed a new air filter although I had just replaced it 3 days earlier). I've come here two or three times in the past for oil changes and had no issues, but this last time things did not go well. In the past, I have been charged a bit more for removal of the underbody cover needed to access the oil filter, but this time the workers used a box cutter to cut a hole in the underbody cover in order to get access to the oil filter, without asking me. I happened to be sitting in the outdoor table so I saw this being done, and since it was not brought up during checkout either, I asked the manager why this was done. He explained their reasoning and offered a $10 discount on the service. Needless to say, I requested a better resolution and the manager offered to cover the cost to replace this part. Still, I was unhappy that this would have been hidden from me had I not happened to see it. After some back and forth with the owner, we agreed on a plan, I got a quote from Subaru and got the part replaced, then came back to pick up a check for reimbursement. Still, the fact that this happened at all and that it was initially hidden from me means I cannot recommend this shop anymore. read more

Been going here for oil changes and inspections for a few years now. The crew here is good, and have had many good experiences. You always have to watch out for oil change places that try to bullshit you on upcharges (e.g. fake air filter scam). These guys don't do that nonsense. read more

Brought my MK7 VW GTI in for an oil change. Was told it would take too long to access oil drain plug from bottom and would need to suck it out of the top. I reassured them that the plug could be accessed from under the car without taking off the shield. They told me I was wrong and it would cost $120. I knew they were wrong so I ordered an oil change kit for $69 and did it myself. These guys are either incompetent and don't know what they are talking about or just plain lazy. Came in at around 12pm on a Wednesday. There were people there in the inspection line, but there was one spot open in the oil change section so I pulled in. I usually take my truck to the dealership, but they get insanely busy during the summer. I was quoted for about $1 cheaper than I usually get my oil changed for (dealership has great rates, and Jiffy lube is a rip off) and used conventional. Sat in the waiting room and before I could do a lot of reading it was done. My engine oil meter was also reset, saving me the trouble of doing it. Lube pit stop was fast, priced well, and easy to work with. I'll definitely come here again if I need a quick oil change. read more

If your getting a safety inspection all you need is a RECENT insurance card and your keys. Drop it off with one of the guys and if they are not to busy they should be done within 20 minutes. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there was only one other customer before me and I was done within 25 minutes. Safety inspection was 18.50. Great service! read more

These guys were so professional! They aren't kidding when they said their oil changes are like, ten minutes long. I pulled up and they got everything done for me. It was quick, and they were extremely professional. The guys gave me a discount for my first time and I thought that was super nice! I got a synthetic oil change and used their own oil brand. I honestly am clueless and don't know much about cars, but never felt pressured to buy anything. They seemed really knowledgeable and just genuinely wanted to help me get in and out, safely. I will say that it cost me around $75 which is sliiiightly more expensive than, say, Walmart by like $10. However, you get out in a super quick time and you get really perfect service. At Walmart, you wait two hours - let's not even talk about service. I definitely would recommend them. They are awesome! The reviews don't lie! read more

I was looking for a new place for quick oil changes and went by the reviews here. I got right in and the staff was friendly and seemed competent. All was well until several weeks later when I noticed an oil spot on the ground under my car. It had never leaked before so the first thing I did was check the level and found out that the oil had been massively overfilled. My engine takes 3.5 quarts and it looks like they put 5 quarts in. It said 3.5 on the receipt but obviously that is not what happened. I let some out so the level was below the top line but it was too late, the seals got stressed, my car leaks oil and some people have told me I may have other problems in the future. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I was really disappointed with my visit here. I went in for a synthetic oil change and was charged $93. Even at the Toyota dealership they charge me $74 and Wal mart charges $50 for same oil. I called to get clarification in regards to why it was so expensive and they definitely didn't ease my mind. I won't be returning. I wish I could give them a lower score. read more

The Good: :: super fast...i really think my oil change took about 5 minutes. hole-lee-crap. there were only a couple more cars there...i think i missed the saturday rush hour? :: they top off all your fluids, like windshield wiper fluid and brake fluid :: guys are really nice, friendly and professional :: good hours open for business The Bad: :: very limited seating for the waiting area :: a $4 bottled oil upcharge b/c i had to use 10W-40 that only comes in bottles instead of 10W-30 oil that they usually use that is offered in bulk drums above their business. okaaaaaaay. The Ugly: :: none Would I go back? Most likely. These guys are fast and if they can save me valuable weekend time by doing their jobs quickly and efficiently, then they rank high on my list. Don't waste your time going to places like Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change. Come here and forego all the annoyances of the upsells that Jiffy Lube and similar businesses offer. The staff here are super nice. There's a hidden waiting room you might not spot without asking, so do. Surprisingly nice bathroom for a place like this, and one cold winter day they had it nice and toasty with a heater, which was extra awesome. I've had two vehicles inspected here, and since I was moving from out of state, they offered to scrape my old state inspection sticker off the window if I brought it back. I even swung in one day because my tires were low and I couldn't find a darnflabbin air machine at any of the gas stations that actually worked, and they were happy to refill them for free. They aren't the cheapest oil change in town (but probably close to it), but for the nice service and the local support, it's a good option for that too. read more
